以“RA”字作庄严！ 祈愿上师、诸佛寂怒尊，以及所有空行善逝者，将殊胜灌顶赐予您！ 愿获得此殊胜灌顶之加持，于此生、中阴之际，四相回归原始本初！ 愿临终痛苦中阴时，迁转三身于法界！ 愿法性寂怒中阴时，自显任运而成就佛陀！ 愿有之中阴时，于化身刹土中化生，自他二利皆圆满！ 若有兴致，可作共同传承之祈请： 嗡（藏文：ཨཱོྃ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）、阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）、吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！ 诸佛意之传承，持明表示之传承，补特伽罗耳传之传承，空行嘱托之传承等，所有具足上师持明九传承之众，以及本尊诸佛寂怒浩瀚坛城，勇士空行具誓护法，财神地主护法海众眷属等，祈请赐予此具缘种姓之子灌顶与加持！ 祈请令于解脱圣妙菩提之修持中，所有不顺之方皆寂灭，顺缘善妙之聚如上弦月般增长广大！ 祈请令于生处中阴时，断除闻思之增益，如鸟儿入巢般，于本来清净任运成就之修持生起坚定之信解，并究竟稳固！ 祈请令于临终中阴时，所有往昔熟悉之诀窍皆于心中清晰显现，如水入水般，基与道之光明母子融合，刹那间便能辨别！ 祈请令于法性中阴时，所有声光射线之显现皆能认知为自显，如孩子入母怀般，融入光明智慧之藏中，于原始本初之地解脱！ 祈请令于有之中阴时，不离六随念之觉知，遮止六道轮回之生门，如于断裂之水渠中筑坝般，于自性化身刹土中安然往生，二利任运成就！ 简言之，愿从自性大圆满之道中，证悟解脱同时，一生一世一具身，于童瓶身之界中成佛！ 阿！

Adorned with the letter "RA"! I beseech the Lama, the peaceful and wrathful Buddhas, and all the Dakini Sugatas, to bestow upon you the supreme empowerment! May you, through the blessings of receiving this supreme empowerment, in this very life and Bardo, realize the four visions in their primordial state! May you, in the painful Bardo of death, transfer your three bodies into the Dharmadhatu! May you, in the Bardo of Dharmata, spontaneously accomplish Buddhahood through your own perceptions! May you, in the Bardo of Existence, be miraculously born in the Pure Land of the Nirmanakaya, and perfectly fulfill the two purposes of self and others! If you wish, you may recite the common lineage supplication: OM AH HUNG! The lineage of the Buddhas' intention, the lineage of the Vidyadharas' symbols, the lineage of the individuals' oral transmission, the lineage of the Dakinis' entrustment, and so forth, all the assemblies of the nine lineages of the Lama Vidyadharas, and the mandala of the vast array of peaceful and wrathful Buddhas, the heroes, Dakinis, oath-bound protectors, Dharma protectors, treasure lords, guardian deities, and the ocean of their retinues, please bestow empowerment and blessings upon this fortunate son of the lineage! Please pacify all unfavorable conditions and increase and expand the assembly of favorable conditions like the waxing moon for the accomplishment of liberation and sacred Bodhi! Please sever the bonds of conceptualization of hearing and thinking in the Bardo of birth, and like a bird entering its nest, may you have unwavering faith and confidence in the practice of primordial purity and spontaneous perfection, and may you bring stability to its ultimate fruition! Please ensure that in the Bardo of dying, all the familiar instructions from the past become clear in your mind, and like pouring water into water, may the mother and child luminosities of the ground and path merge, and may you distinguish them in a single instant! Please ensure that in the Bardo of Dharmata, all the appearances of sound, light, and rays are recognized as your own perceptions, and like a child entering its mother's lap, may you enter the womb of luminous wisdom and be liberated in the primordial ground! Please ensure that in the Bardo of Existence, by not being separated from the awareness of the six recollections, the gateways to the six realms of Samsara are blocked, and like building a dam in a broken irrigation ditch, may you pass away peacefully into the realm of the Svabhavikakaya, and may the two purposes be spontaneously accomplished! In short, may realization and liberation occur simultaneously on the path of the Great Perfection of inherent nature, and may you attain Buddhahood in the realm of the youthful vase body in one lifetime and one body! Oṃ āḥ hūṃ guru deva ḍākinī baliṃta abhiṣiñca oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ! Recite this mantra three times and touch the great torma to the three places. Then, introduce awareness like a spear standing upright: Ema! Sons of noble family, listen! Separate the body from all activities! Like a corpse in a charnel ground, let it lie limp! Without self-grasping, abandon it to whatever it desires! Separate speech from all talking and speaking! Without even feeling the movement of breath, let it rest in its own state! Let the mind, clear and without conceptual grasping, lie like one drunk on strong liquor! Let the eyes, clear like the murals of a temple, lie without attachment or grasping! Let awareness lie clear and open like the autumn sky after summer! Not keeping anything in mind, let it lie like a man whose heart has been torn out! Without the rays of conceptual thought, let it lie like an ocean unmoved by the wind! Although appearing in various ways, let it lie clear and empty like a rainbow! Although the six aggregates are distinct, let them lie like stars appearing in the ocean, without true existence! Let the essence of mind lie empty like wind clearing in the sky! Let self-grasping be cut at the root, like a tree falling from its roots! View free from seeing and seer! Meditation free from mental fabrication! Action free from attachment and clinging! Result free from hope and doubt! Beyond mind! Relaxed within! Natural state! A p'yam! Primordial state! Spontaneously accomplished! Zang ka! Impartial! Relaxed! Clear! Bright! Phat! Phat! Saying this, remain in equipoise for a moment. Then, scatter flowers and extensively offer auspicious words. Thus, by relying on the torma, one has well obtained the essence of the empowerment of the vast expanse of Dzogchen view, together with the ripening introduction. Connect with these and proclaim and uphold the samaya. Perform the thanksgiving mandala etc. as usual, and thus the main part is completed. Third, offering the remainder of the concluding gathering: Perform the blessing as usual. Bh yo! Those who have the samaya of power over the remainder! Twenty-eight Mamo Powerful Ones, Seven Mothers, Four Sisters, Eight Burning Mothers, Thirty-four Messengers, and the Lord of Lanka Charnel Ground, etc., Karma and Worldly Flesh Eaters, Wrathful hosts, emanated messengers, etc., Accept this remainder torma! Accomplish fierce activities, protect the teachings! Accomplish the entrusted tasks! Offer the general torma for treasure protectors. Torma Offering: Hūṃ! Without direction
