边际无离五方中，五色具备舞姿娇媚女，虚空身者任运无碍，如意转变之幻化母。五部业成之空行母百万，受用殊胜之供食，成就瑜伽所托之事业，摧敌回遮违缘，降伏魔军。贝！吉祥之聆教使者二十八自在，十二地母三十二空行母，紧和楞伽尸林燃焰众，七母四姊游行眷属等，于噶饶西日星罗班前，承诺誓言受用教令食，息增怀诛，勾召驱逐镇压诅咒等，所托事业迅速成办。供食供养。供食舞：吽！我即五部嘿汝嘎，足踏舞步摧灭五毒，嬉戏舞步砰然作响，愿灭轮回之痼疾。嗡啊吽萨瓦巴亚南。（藏文：ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་སཏྭཾ་བྷ་ཡ་ནན།，梵文天城体：ओँ आः हूँ सत्वं भय नन，梵文罗马拟音：om ah hum sattvam bhaya nan，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽，萨埵，怖畏，呐呐）与坛城相关等或会供时，供养赞颂作总结。忏悔过失，念诵百字明。以自生吽三字，收摄为光明。以啪的（藏文：ཕཊཿ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪）三字，起立为双运之身，修行三种持身之见。吉祥语： 霍！本体自性大悲现，法界智慧界中得自在，上师本尊空行之吉祥为何，彼吉祥胜妙者，今于此处赐安乐。如是等说。回向： 霍！普贤菩提心之宫殿中，所有世间所摄之有情，三时无时所积之善根，圆满于童瓶身之胎藏中，回向无二究竟大解脱。发愿： 霍！三门圆满所积之善根，愿速得三身之果位。三轮清净所行之善业，回向三有清净大智慧，愿得三身究竟大果位。如是等广说。以此愿诸具信欲解脱，顿然冲破厚重之障蔽，于身与智慧自显现，无勤任运而能行。此化身大伏藏。

In the five directions free from boundaries, the dancing, alluring woman with five colors, the sky-bodied one, unimpeded in any dance, the great magical mother who transforms at will. Millions of dakinis accomplished through the actions of the five families, accept this extraordinary torma of samaya substances, accomplish the entrusted activities of the yogis, destroy enemies, avert obstacles, and subdue the forces of obstructors. Bhya! The twenty-eight powerful attendants who listen to the commands of glory, the twelve Tenma goddesses, the thirty-two dakinis, the hosts of ging and langka, charnel grounds, and burning flames, the seven mothers, four sisters, and the hosts of wandering spirits, in the presence of Garab Dorje, Shri Singha, and Vairochana, partake of the torma of vows and commitments. Pacify, increase, empower, and subdue; attract, expel, suppress, and torment, etc., swiftly accomplish the entrusted activities. Offering of the torma. Torma Dance: Hum! I am the Heruka of the five families, stomping the dance to destroy the five poisons, the playful dance resounding with a "chem-se chem" sound, may it eradicate the chronic disease of samsara. Om Ah Hum Sattvam Bhaya Nan. In connection with the mandala, etc., or during tsok offerings, offer a concise summary of gratitude, praise, and offering. Confess faults and recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Gather into light with the three self-generation Hums. Arise as the body of union with the three "Phats," and maintain the view of the three samadhis. Words of Auspiciousness: Ho! Essence, nature, and compassion manifest, possessing mastery in the expanse of dharmadhatu wisdom, whatever auspiciousness there is of the guru, yidam, and dakinis, may that supreme auspiciousness bestow happiness and well-being here and now. Thus, etc., speak. Dedication: Ho! In the palace of Samantabhadra's bodhichitta, may all sentient beings belonging to existence, all the merits accumulated in the three times and timelessness, be perfected in the womb of the youthful vase body, dedicated to the great liberation of non-duality and ultimate completion. Aspiration: Ho! Through the merit fully accumulated by the three doors, may the fruit of the three kayas be swiftly attained. Whatever virtuous deeds are practiced with the three wheels completely purified, may they be dedicated to the great wisdom that purifies the three realms, may the ground of the great ultimate completion of the three kayas be attained. Thus, etc., speak extensively. Through this, may all beings with faith and desire for liberation, suddenly pierce through the thick sheath of obscurations, and may they be able to effortlessly and spontaneously act upon the self-appearing forms of body and wisdom. This very great treasure of emanation.
