清净诸障。获得极无戏论第四灌顶。能自在修习本来清净任运成就双运。获得智慧上师之位。成为能成就果位功德和五种事业之有缘者。最后，观想上师欢喜融化成光，融入眉间喜悦凝聚之中央，成为以白色明点阿字（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）为标志，如豆般大小，清澈透明，不动摇，并专注其上，于觉性空性本然之状态中守护，安住于彼唯一真如。出定时，念诵“以此善业速疾我，成就具德上师尊。”等回向发愿文，并进入座间之行仪。此等之观修次第细节，当从引导文中了知。修习前行时，共同修心七法，每一法各自分为一座，直至生起体验，尤其依于无分别而修心，使寂止胜观之禅定于自相续中生起。若以数量而言，皈依、发心、金刚萨埵、积累资粮之咒语等，连同补阙，修满百千万遍，并与七支供一同修持，完成百万大礼拜亦甚佳。尤其修持百万遍祈请文，以及祈请文之 念诵十万遍等，至少修持，并着重于各自之体验和证相生起之前努力，则于生起正行之证悟功德时，将毫不费力，故务必奠定前行之基础。如是，光明化身金刚从引导文心要精华总集明点秘密圆满中所出略作阐述，仅将念诵整理成册之善根，愿使与此结缘者皆能于普贤王如来本初之位得以解脱！ 莲师大士之无垢友之甚深精要之前行念诵如水流般编排——智慧秘密圆满。光明化身金刚。

Purify all obscurations. Attain the fourth, utterly non-elaborate empowerment. Have mastery over the meditation of primordial purity, spontaneous accomplishment, and union. Attain the position of the wisdom guru. Be destined to accomplish the fruition of qualities and the five kinds of activities. Finally, visualize the guru dissolving into light with joy, merging into the center where the bliss of the brow is concentrated, becoming a white bindu marked with the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), the size of a bean, clear, transparent, and unwavering. Focus your mind on it, maintaining the natural state of awareness and emptiness, and rest in that very reality. When rising from the session, recite "Through this virtue, may I quickly attain the glorious, protective guru," and so forth, along with whatever aspirations and dedications are appropriate, and then engage in the conduct between sessions. The detailed order of these visualizations should be learned from the instruction manual. When practicing the preliminaries, divide each of the seven common mind training practices into sessions until experience arises, and especially by relying on non-conceptualization, train the mind so that calm abiding and insight meditation arise in your mindstream. If counting is done, then refuge, bodhicitta, the Vajrasattva mantra, and the mantras for accumulating merit, along with the completion mantras, should be recited one hundred thousand times each. It is also very good to complete one hundred thousand prostrations along with the seven-branch prayer. In particular, recite one hundred thousand supplications and ten thousand recitations of the supplication, etc., at a minimum, and strive until your own experiences and signs arise. Then, when the qualities of realization of the main practice arise, it will be effortless, so be sure to lay the foundation of the preliminaries. Thus, having elaborated somewhat on what appears in the essence of the heart instructions, the compilation of the secret essence of the bindu, Light Manifestation Vajra, by arranging only the recitations into a book, may the virtue of this cause all those connected with it to be liberated in the primordial state of Kuntuzangpo!
