Again, at the top, pour in Naga medicine, the three white substances, and the three sweet substances. Then, according to the oral instructions, lead it under a self-grinding wheel, etc. In particular, diligently perform the bathing of the five elements as per the general ritual, and then on top of the female wheel, place the male wheel face to face, fold it left and right, and roll it down from the head. It is said that if it is placed in a dog's skull, it should be folded into a square shape and bound as per the general binding method. Wrap it with blue and red colored threads and place it inside. On top of that, also pour in Naga medicine, precious gems, grains, silk, the three white substances, the three sweet substances, etc., whatever pure substances are available that are free from the smell of meat wine and musk. Seal the mouth tightly so that water does not enter. Wrap it with reeds, tie it with grass rope, and seal it with a seal. If making a dry suppression, then do as before. If using the skull of a white dog as a container, it is even better. It is okay even if there are no specially prepared types of Naga medicine. Secondly, engaging in the activity: The mantra practitioner himself should rise early in the morning, perform the activity ritual of the Yidam, and entrust the Dharma protectors with the task. Offer a Torma to the local deities. In particular, diligently meditate on the protective wheel. For this self, as stated in the oral instructions of the established ritual, there is no individual practice of deity visualization, mantra recitation. However, many practitioners follow the ritual associated with protection and reversal, which is related to reversing the Lord of Death, it is said that it is better if it can be accomplished in this way. Then, for wet suppression, follow the time of the Naga appearance, and for dry suppression, follow the time of the appearance of the Eight Classes of gods and demons. Go to places where powerful Naga demons reside, such as lakes or springs, whirlpools of water, or to places where the Eight Classes of gods and demons reside, such as Latzas, the heart of stupas, and crossroads of roads. If there is a special suspicion of where the opponent has suppressed it, then place it there, it is said that the activity will be accomplished very quickly. The best is to enter the road. If this is not achieved, even after arriving at that place, before reaching a place where that place cannot be seen, oneself and one's companions must remain silent. It is better if one does not have to spit saliva or spit out water. The actual activity: After arriving at that place, following the left-turning wind, with the firm pride of oneself as the Yidam, offer golden libation three times, etc. Establish innocent witnesses. State the truth. Make vows and curses. After circling that container three times, throw it into the depths of lakes, etc., along with a suppressing stone. If it is a dry suppression, then do as per the general suppression method. In any case, cause the Eight Classes of gods and demons, etc., whom the opponent has suppressed, to manifest a respectful demeanor.

Then, with the aim of seizing and accomplishing according to one's instructions, practice intensely. Then, without looking back, build a cairn every three steps backwards, making seven cairns in total. Clearly visualize the protective circle. If you are going to engage in fierce activities, insert the enemy's linga (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Chinese literal meaning) between the spokes of the wheel. Wrap it from the outside with a widow's skirt. Tie it with blue and red silk threads and place it in the homa pit. Perform the fierce activities such as Yama Repulsion, etc. During the day, use white mustard seeds, and at night, use black mustard seeds, that is, recite fierce mantras on the fruit of Ketsé and throw them, etc. According to the clear instructions of the ritual, practice for seven days until no signs appear. After that, along with fierce urging, etc., although it is hidden like a common practical expulsion ritual, it is not usually practiced as a custom. Three, benefits: By doing so, in general, all the evil deeds of suppression and curses done in one place will rot at the same time, so the whole area will be generally peaceful and auspicious, and goodness will increase. In particular, whether it is done for oneself or for the sake of the benefactor, etc., no matter how near or far the curse done by the enemy is, it will rot and be destroyed, so it will not produce power. By being liberated from curses, happiness and well-being will increase perfectly. It is difficult to know where the enemy has placed the curse, so both wet curses and dry curses should be performed. If it is not successful once, repeat it again and again, and it will surely succeed. These are also almost clearly recorded as practical instructions. May all beings be victorious in the battlefield of curses, evil spirits, and evil spells! Mangalam! Mangalam! The profound practice of repelling curses, written by the wise Tongzhou Zizai, is recorded in a profound and essential way.
