Go Dorje Dermo, with a dark blue body, extremely wrathful and fierce in appearance. The right hand brandishes a sword, and the left hand holds a phurba. Adorned with charnel ground ornaments, amidst the blazing fire of wisdom, she stands proudly in a dancing posture, the three places marked with three syllables. From the heart of oneself and the one in front, rays of light like lightning bolts emanate. From the great charnel ground of Akanishta and other countless Buddhafields, invite all the glorious and wrathful Dorje Dermo wisdom deities, and visualize them dissolving into yourself. Below the heart mantra, recite: Vajra Aveshaya Ah Ah (藏文，वज्र आवेशय अह आ，vajra āveśaya aha ā，Vajra, Descend! Ah Ah!). With incense and music, invoke the blessings. Visualize the stream of wisdom beings remaining stable until enlightenment. Tishtha Vajra (藏文，तिष्ठ वज्र，tiṣṭha vajra，Stay, Vajra!). Place the vajra on the head. Light radiates from the heart of the guru. Request the initiation deities residing throughout the sky, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, to bestow initiation with a precious vase possessing many auspicious qualities, which is the nature of the mandala. A stream of nectar enters from the crown of the head, visualize it filling the entire body. Holding the vase, recite: Om! In the palace of the powerful vase, resides the assembly of Dorje Dermo deities. From their bodies descends a stream of nectar, bathing and initiating the disciple. At the end of the mantra, add: Om Sarva Tathagata Abhisheka Te Samaya Shri Hum (藏文，嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 阿比谢嘎 德 萨玛雅 希利 吽). Place the vase on the head. Drink and sprinkle the remaining vase water. Spit the remaining water upwards, visualizing the five Buddha families, led by Amoghasiddhi, adorning the head with crowns. Place the crown on the head, reciting: Om Karma Mukuta Abhishintsa Ah (藏文，嗡 嘎玛 穆古扎 阿比辛扎 阿). Visualize the vajra and bell, symbolizing skillful means and wisdom, being placed in the hands. Place the vajra and bell in the left and right hands, reciting: Om Vajra Ghante Abhishintsa Hum (藏文，嗡 班杂 岗扎 阿比辛扎 吽). Shake the vajra and bell together on the head, visualizing the guru and initiation deities bestowing the secret initiation with the name of vajra. Om Vajra Nama Abhisheka Ta (藏文，嗡 班杂 纳玛 阿比谢嘎 达). Through this, obtain the five wisdom initiations. The five aggregates are transformed into the five wisdoms. Visualize the five wisdoms being manifested. Having looked at the self-nature of the example wisdom born from the path of the messenger, and having remained in equanimity, please sustain the realization of the wisdom of co-emergent wisdom free from examples, the view of awareness and emptiness like the sky. Hum! Method and wisdom are inseparable, the wisdom of union, stainless and clear like the sky, may the empowerment of equality like the sky be obtained!
