Perform the consecration with the essence. To ask for forgiveness of faults, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Whatever faults may have occurred in this virtuous act due to my foolish mind, may the protector who shelters all beings forgive all of them. Dedication and aspiration: By this merit, may all see. Etc., or recite any appropriate Mahayana dedication and aspiration. Auspiciousness: The greatest of the great, the supreme teacher, the unsurpassed, etc., spoken from the mouth, begin reciting auspicious words and expand upon them. What to do afterwards: According to the treasure text, then bury the tsatsas in the back hills of the monasteries and other places in various places and villages, or in places with high terrain and good shapes, and make extensive prayers. By doing so, even cities of heretics and butchers will convert to the holy Dharma. If making them individually, bury them near the house or near the sleeping place. This will cause all ordinary people to convert to the Dharma. As a support for this instruction, offer much tea and white flour to the Sangha, and diligently perform water offerings, torma, and incense offerings. Read the scriptures. Give to beggars. By doing so, all beings will undoubtedly convert to the holy Dharma. As mentioned above, place the tsatsas in containers like waterproof pottery, ensuring that the head and tail are not reversed, and wrap them with moisture-proof materials. Seal them tightly. Bury them in the above-mentioned places, or even bury them above the city gates where many people pass by. On auspicious astrological days and dates, do your best to complete the above-mentioned support practices, especially performing grand incense offerings, sacrifices, and gold offerings, then bury them securely, and make extensive prayers and auspicious wishes, so that the meaning of what was said above will be easily accomplished. By this, may all beings, without distinction, desire the Dharma from the depths of their hearts, and may the Buddha's teachings spread throughout the world, ushering in a new era of flourishing Dharma! With pure intention, thinking that it is necessary as a symbol for the holy ones who uphold the Dharma in accordance with the Dharma, it was written by the one with boundless wisdom in the palace of Dzongshod Dedeu, the king of practice places. May goodness increase! Mangalam! Good! Good! Subduing beings and spreading the teachings through Tsatsas.
