Holding the five-pronged vajra at the heart with the right hand, the left hand rests in meditative equipoise, holding a skull cup filled with nectar, containing the essence of the longevity vase. The khatvanga is held in the left armpit. Adorned with a lotus hat with folded brims, decorated with eagle feathers, silk ribbons, mirrors, and sun and moon symbols. The body is clad in layers of secret robes, silk garments, and thick cloaks, possessing all the marks and signs, seated in the vajra posture. Thus, visualize. From the heart of the master, rays of light emanate, hooking all the life essence of samsara and nirvana, like clear rays of light and the rising sun, and dissolving into the master's heart. Waving the longevity arrow, recite: Hrīḥ! The outer is a vase, the inner is filled with nectar; the secret meaning is the lotus Amitayus; in the five places are five mudras and five syllables; immeasurable light radiates, filling the sky. Hrīḥ! From the hand of the Gandharva in the east, hook with an iron hook; from the hand of Yama in the south, hook with a rope; from the hand of the Naga king in the west, hook with an iron chain; from the hand of the Yaksha in the north, hook with a bell; from the hand of Brahma and Indra above, hook; from the hand of the joyful and contented below, hook; connect the severed life force, hook upwards; mend the broken, restore all that is diminished; the light is white and shimmering, oily and cohesive; from the crown of the head, it seeps into the body; may the empowerment of the radiant, immortal life be obtained!
