To the Lama, deities, and immortal hosts of deities, to the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, the Three Jewels, and to all other objects of refuge, I prostrate from the heart, may they protect until the end of existence. Here, the soul, life force, and power of embodied beings are carried away, robbed, stolen, or naturally lost, wandered, or deteriorated by the Lord of Death, demons, and others, such as Yama, Tsen, Mamo, Teurang, Gyalpo, and Gongpo. In short, by human and non-human messengers. To summon all these, there are two methods: arrangement and ritual. Erect a golden arrow on the right and a turquoise arrow on the left. On the thigh meat, place the patron's hat raised high. The second is the ritual: On an auspicious day with good stars, in the early morning, first perform refuge, generate bodhicitta, cultivate the four immeasurables, and then perform the Lama Chopa. Secondly, starting in the evening, offer tormas to the Yidam and Dharma protectors, and pray for the fulfillment of wishes.
