White and bright, entwined with a curved knife and a skull cup filled with blood. Both are adorned with silk and jewels. Clearly visualize the body blazing with the splendor of auspicious signs. In the five places of the father, visualize the five longevity deities, father and mother, in the forehead, visualize white Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om), in the throat, visualize red Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah), in the heart, visualize blue Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum), in the center of the heart, on the moon disc, visualize red Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrih), and from the heart of myself and the front deity, radiate light, inviting all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Three Roots, and Dharma Protectors from the ten directions of the fields. Invite the form of Bhagavan Amitayus, the rosary of mantras, the hand implements, the longevity vase, etc., and visualize them dissolving into you, blessing you. After saying this, accompanied by incense and music, recite the descent of blessings and the invitation of the action ritual. At the end of the heart mantra, say "Jnana Aveshaya A A (藏文：ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨཱ་ཝེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱ，梵文天城体：ज्ञाना वेशय आ आ，梵文罗马拟音：jñāna āveśaya ā āḥ，汉语字面意思：Wisdom enter Ah Ah)" many times. Say "Tishta Vajra (藏文：ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ，梵文天城体：तिष्ठ वज्र，梵文罗马拟音：tiṣṭha vajra，汉语字面意思：Stay Vajra)", and place the crossed vajra on the crown of the head to stabilize it. From the heart of myself and the front deity, radiate light in the shape of an iron hook, like particles of sunlight. Arouse the mind streams of the victorious ones and their sons. May their compassion and blessings, the attainments of life and wisdom, and the essence of all containers and contents, all the life force, losses, and deteriorations of you all, be gathered in the form of light, bindus, and syllables, and dissolve into the indestructible, pure bindu in the center of the heart. Wave the arrow banner, and recite: Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrih)! Lord of beings residing in the Sukhavati realm, Amitayus is the body of the Victorious One, White-robed Mother and Orgyen Rinpoche, Tsogyal Mother and Namkhai Nyingpo, etc., may all the deities, through their compassion, grant blessings, power, longevity empowerment, and attainments!
