以忿怒尊斯麦匝之门消除他人之染污仪轨。Ra Ga A Si Ya。 以忿怒尊斯麦匝之门消除他人之染污仪轨。Ra Ga A Si Ya。 以忿怒尊斯麦匝之门消除他人之染污仪轨，善妙安住之首。 那摩 班杂 卓达亚。（藏文：ན་མོ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་ཏཱ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：नमो वज्रक्रोधाय，梵文罗马拟音：Namo Vajrakrodhāya，汉语字面意思：顶礼金刚忿怒）。 消除染污之法：于黑色九层佛塔，以黑木为命柱之右侧。左侧置蛇。后方置蛙。前方置黑色之猪。备红色食子一个。黑色线绳，与病人身量相等。病人头发十三绺。肉块十三块。自身与前方之宝瓶三，先行。呜呼，一切佛陀于智慧无有大小，于大悲无有快慢。然以最初发心之方式力故，于消除一切染污，此忿怒尊斯麦匝乃大悲者。念及于此，莲花生大士云：“若有破戒者之染污生，以斯麦匝持其口。”如是，为以忿怒尊斯麦匝之门消除染污，献曼扎。地基等。今前方之此佛塔，于空性之中，自莲花日垫之上，吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字所生之忿怒尊斯麦匝，身色如毒药哈拉般漆黑。三目圆睁之九首，如矛般堆叠。张口，四齿紧咬。四手，最初二者以地与水之坛城压制并洗涤染污。下方二者持火与风之坛城，焚烧并摧毁一切染污。四足踩踏四大元素，如是观想。病人以心执持黑色护身线。今汝之疾病、邪魔、罪障，一切融入此线之中观想。顶礼佛之谛实。法之（谛实）。僧伽之（谛实）。忿怒尊斯麦匝之广大利益之谛实力。愿此病人所受之损害、疾病、邪魔、染污，一切皆入此黑线之中。如是念诵三遍。之后，以己之手持彼线，予病人左绕一圈，结一结，念一咒。念诵百字明一遍。嗡 班匝萨埵 萨玛雅（藏文：ཨོཾ་བྷུར་ཀུཾ，梵文罗马拟音：Oṃ bhūr kuṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 存在）等长咒八遍。今汝之染污及疾病邪魔一切供养于忿怒尊斯麦匝之

Alas, although all Buddhas are not different in wisdom and are not quick or slow in compassion, due to the power of the initial aspiration, this Wrathful Smetsé is of great compassion in eliminating all defilements. Considering this, Guru Padmasambhava said, "If defilement arises from one who has broken vows, hold the mouth with Smetsé." Thus, in order to eliminate defilements through the door of the Wrathful Smetsé, offer a mandala. The ground, etc. Now, this stupa in front, from the state of emptiness, on top of a lotus and sun cushion, the Wrathful Smetsé arising from the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), the body color as black as the poison hala. Nine heads with three eyes glaring, stacked like spears. Opening the mouth, biting with four teeth each. Four hands, the first two pressing and washing away defilements with the mandala of earth and water. The lower two holding the mandala of fire and wind, burning and destroying all defilements. Four feet trampling the four elements, meditate in that way. The patient should hold the black protection thread to their heart. Now, meditate that all your illnesses, evil spirits, and sins are absorbed into this thread. Homage to the truth of the Buddha. The truth of the Dharma. The truth of the Sangha. By the power of the great truth of the Wrathful Smetsé, may all harm, illnesses, evil spirits, and defilements harming this patient enter this black thread. Say this three times. Then, holding the thread with your own hand, give the patient one counter-clockwise turn, one knot, and one mantra. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra once. Oṃ Bhūr Kuṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བྷུར་ཀུཾ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: Oṃ bhūr kuṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Existence) etc., the long mantra eight times. Now, offer all your defilements and illnesses and evil spirits to the Wrathful Smetsé.
