D. From the center of the blazing Garuda great assembly of deities, emanate the essence of abandonment and realization, a multitude of yellow rays and bindus. As they dissolve into your own center, believe that the qualities of the yidam deity are perfected in your being. Hold the torma, Hūṃ! In the palace where all accomplishments arise from the torma, the blazing great Garuda dwells, complete with qualities. By bestowing empowerment upon the fortunate son of the lineage, may the intention of the Buddhas of the three times be ultimately fulfilled! At the end of the root mantra, Guṇa Abhiṣiñca Hrīḥ! Place it at the navel. By this, the empowerment of qualities is obtained. The afflictive obscurations are purified, and qualities increase. One has the authority to meditate on the yoga of the union of the two paths. One is made fortunate to fully possess the qualities of liberation and maturation. Fifth, contemplate the empowerment of activity in this way. From the secret place of the blazing Garuda great assembly of deities, emanate a multitude of green rays and bindus. As they dissolve into your secret place, believe that the activity of the yidam deity is spontaneously accomplished. Hold the torma, Hūṃ! In the realm of skillful means and emanation bodies from the torma, the blazing great Garuda dwells, peaceful, loving, seductive, and wrathful. By bestowing empowerment upon the fortunate son of the lineage, may the benefit of beings through the four activities be ultimately fulfilled! At the end of the root mantra, Oṃ Karma Abhiṣiñca Bhrūṃ! Perform the empowerment in the secret place. By this, the empowerment of activity is obtained. The obscurations of knowledge are purified, and power and strength increase. One has the authority to accomplish the four activities. One is made fortunate to master constant and pervasive activity. Thus, generate realization, scatter flowers, and say appropriate auspicious words. By this, the special accomplishment of the Garuda, the empowerment to subdue all evil, is well accomplished. Therefore, take this as your yidam deity and train properly in the stages of samaya, thinking in this way and reciting after me. How the main one, etc. Offer the mandala of gratitude. Offer the body. Make dedication. If there is time, then perform a tsok offering like the general activity ritual of the three roots. The subsequent stages of offering praise and confession are the same as the general ones. Dissolve the self-generation into clear light and rise as the deity of the session break. Make dedication and say auspicious words. Wisdom Dakini, mantra, terrifying fire, having been well accomplished, the untamed above and below, the meaning of obstacles, thorns, destroyed in the realm of emptiness, liberation light.
