Furthermore, the four hundred and four diseases, And all eighty thousand obstructing forces, There is not one that cannot be overcome by this. Especially the Citi Jvālā, The instructions and three medicines are known from his mouth. Ultimately, when the five poisons are transformed, It becomes an elixir endowed with the five wisdoms. The benefits of visualizing the deity and reciting the mantra are: The yogi who practices the great garuḍa, Wherever he dwells, in that place, All the poisons of the elements will be pacified, Medicinal plants, trees, and fruits will flourish. The malevolence of nāgas, fierce spirits, and earth lords will be subdued, The lineage of all diseases will be cut off, Having conquered the poisons of one's own afflictions, Wisdom will greatly increase.
