现在似乎好些了。生病时不要大声喧哗。脸和舌头内部会长出痘。喉咙内部会发热，侵蚀上颚深处。不要剥掉痘的头部。即使是同一种疾病，也有不同之处。风病以风为主，容易治疗。感觉舌头上有毛发。因此，稍微治疗也很困难。喉咙粘连，声音嘶哑，难以治疗。喉咙上的病稍微容易治疗。也有一种叫做喉咙堵塞的病。首先，治疗方法是念诵一个月的咒语。一个月后，进行艾灸。念诵咒语时，要做的事情是：洒水，念诵萨儭。如果出现好转的迹象，就用酥油涂抹图拉和比尔瓦。如果梦见从口、鼻、大小便处流出血液和脓液，那就是好转的迹象。供奉新面粉和新酥油，以及母牦牛奶。避免食用腐烂的糌粑、陈旧发霉的酥油。避免食用野生动物的肉和饮酒，以及不洁之物。避免食用辛辣酸味的食物和酸奶。喉咙上的病本质上是疖子。如果长在喉咙里，就叫做喉咙病。如果长在胃里，就叫做胃病。也有人说这种病会死人。疖子破裂时，感觉像针扎一样。伸展腿脚时，会感到灼热。切断它的蔓延途径的方法是：伸直身体，在口中进行艾灸。从那向上半寸的地方，左右各烧半寸的凸起。这三个地方要同时进行艾灸。那之后，从口向上，一寸处，在牙齿的左右两侧，测量一寸，烧掉两端。那之后，在下巴上方左右两侧，测量一寸，烧掉两端。那之后，从下巴上方向上，半寸处，从牙齿的左右两侧，在每根手指的间隙处各烧一下。嗡 扎 嘎 斯瓦 楞 索（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཇ་འགམ་སྦྲུལ་ལིང་སོད།，梵文天城体：嗡 জা গম সর্প লিং সোদ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ jā gama sarpa liṃ soda，汉语字面意思：嗡 扎 嘎 蛇 形 索）。在三粒青稞上念诵一百遍咒语。观想海水中的鱼被水冲走。用咒语摩擦海螺的母贝。消灭疖子和黑疖。消灭刀和阴影。烧毁海和火。观想自己是阿阇梨。用咒语束缚刀、骨头和盐。最初的时候也要进行熏香。这是我米久多吉的，与实践经验相符的诀窍。为了敦促昆桑多钦根本上师，写下的善行回向给众生。愿痛苦疾病的海洋干涸。如此这般，由于众生身体内三种错误的扰乱，这种叫做喉咙粘连的恶性疾病，为了用药物、咒语和治疗三种方法来治疗它，写下了这个有情众生的生命支柱。

Now it seems better. When sick, do not shout loudly. Pimples will appear on the face and inside the tongue. The inside of the throat will be hot, eroding the depths of the palate. Do not peel off the head of the pimple. Even the same disease has differences. Wind disease, mainly wind, is easy to treat. It feels like there is hair on the tongue. Therefore, even a slight treatment is difficult. Throat adhesion and hoarseness are difficult to treat. Diseases on the throat are slightly easier to treat. There is also a disease called throat blockage. First, the treatment method is to recite mantras for a month. After a month, perform moxibustion. When reciting mantras, the things to do are: sprinkle water and recite Sāccha. If signs of improvement appear, apply ghee to Tula and Bilva. If you dream of blood and pus flowing from the mouth, nose, and excrement, that is a sign of improvement. Offer new flour and new ghee, as well as female yak milk. Avoid eating rotten tsampa and old, moldy ghee. Avoid eating wild animal meat and drinking alcohol, as well as unclean things. Avoid eating spicy and sour foods and yogurt. The essence of diseases on the throat is boils. If it grows in the throat, it is called throat disease. If it grows in the stomach, it is called stomach disease. Some people also say that this disease can kill people. When the boil bursts, it feels like being pricked by a needle. When stretching the legs and feet, you will feel a burning sensation. The method of cutting off its spread is: straighten the body and perform moxibustion in the mouth. From there, half an inch upwards, burn the protrusions on the left and right sides by half an inch. These three places should be moxibusted at the same time. After that, from the mouth upwards, at one inch, on the left and right sides of the teeth, measure one inch and burn off both ends. After that, on the left and right sides above the chin, measure one inch and burn off both ends. After that, from above the chin upwards, at half an inch, from the left and right sides of the teeth, burn each one at the gap of each finger. oṃ jā gama sarpa liṃ soda (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཇ་འགམ་སྦྲུལ་ལིང་སོད།，梵文天城体：嗡 জা গম সর্প লিং সোদ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ jā gama sarpa liṃ soda，汉语字面意思：嗡 扎 嘎 蛇 形 索). In order to urge Kunsang Dochen Root Guru, the merits of writing are dedicated to sentient beings. May the ocean of suffering and disease dry up. In this way, due to the disturbance of the three errors in the bodies of sentient beings, this malignant disease called throat adhesion, in order to treat it with medicine, mantras, and treatment, this life support of sentient beings is written.
