From the treasure vase of the speech activity of the secret assembly of Hayagriva, may the kings who are all-victorious protectors reside. I prostrate to the deity of wish-fulfilling accomplishment! Like me, the Indian scholar Padmasambhava, from the treasure vase of activity, the precious treasure, I reveal the sequence of mantras that bring forth all that is needed and desired. In the degenerate age, Preta in this land of Tibet, the deeds of beings are inferior, and the dregs of the age flourish. The nagas and earth lords dominate the land of Tibet, and many evil deeds agitate the mothers and dakinis. Harsh actions disturb the eight classes of gods and demons. Due to these causes, various kinds of epidemics arise, taking the lives of beings, causing discomfort and disease. At that time, if one possesses this mantra substance, if harm occurs, Padmasambhava, I do not know. Therefore, keep it in your heart, future generations! Like me, Padmasambhava, I reveal the king of all-victorious protectors. For epidemics, throat ailments, and sores, all contagious diseases, the patient himself visualizes an iron garuda, dark blue, with a beak and claws of sky iron vajra, drawing out the heart veins of earth lords and demons, flapping fiery wings, burning all diseases, riding an iron pig vulture, roaring and snarling, flames blazing from its mouth, devouring all disease demons with a "hab hab jag jag" sound. Visualize a garuda hovering at its nostrils, and recite: Oṃ thim thā ra ti, sa dun te jvala ram pa ye svāhā (藏文：ཨཱོྃ་ཐིམ་ཐ་ར་ཏི། ས་དུན་ཏེ་ཛྭ་ལ་རམ་པ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ thim thā ra ti，sa dun te jvala ram pa ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，听，塔ra，帝，萨，敦，德，匝拉，然，巴，耶，梭哈). Recite one hundred and eight times and blow into the left nostril. Are you very afraid of the disease? If you touch the patient or the corpse, pour your own middle urine into the palm of your hand, recite the mantra, and blow into the nostril. Even if you lie in the midst of a hundred evil diseases, there is no doubt, future generations! Samaya (藏文：ས་མ་ཡ༔，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言)! This is the practical instruction of the treasure revealer Ratna Lingpa. Also, to protect against epidemics and intestinal pain, white sandalwood, arura, musk, spang spos, and a little camphor are used to emit fragrance. Grind them and recite this mantra one hundred or one thousand times: Oṃ āḥ hūṃ phaṭ (藏文：ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡 啊 吽 啪特)! Nāga nāga (藏文：ནཱ་ག་ནཱ་ག༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：nā ga nā ga，汉语字面意思：龙 龙)! Pa ni sa ma ye hūṃ phaṭ svāhā (藏文：པ་ནི་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：pa ni sa ma ye hūṃ phaṭ svāhā，汉语字面意思：巴尼，萨玛耶，吽，啪特，梭哈)! Recite this over the substance and make it into an amulet with red silk and hang it around the neck. Write the capital letters and wear it.
