In successive transmissions, possessing special blessings without needing to hear. At the end of life, the eyes are also clear. He is the master of the blessings of the three profound treasures, the great vidyādhara of Ngari, Lekden Zhab. For the benefit of beings, his life lasted for hundreds of years, diligently engaging in the giving of Dharma day and night. Without the signs of aging, possessing the eyes of wisdom, he has joyfully granted it to me until now. He has accomplished the benefit of beings in all regions of China, Tibet, and Kham. Now, it is easy for oneself to practice, and for the benefit of all followers, it is widely explained. First, the ancient text is preserved as the root. Secondly, the actual method of meditation for this is: To the supreme assemblies of the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, until enlightenment, I take refuge. By the merit of my giving and so forth, may I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings. Recite the refuge and bodhicitta three times. Purify into emptiness with the mantra of Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, Literal Chinese meaning: self-nature). From within emptiness, self-aware Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) white. In an instant, completely transformed into the Great Compassionate One. A clear and pure body like a crystal mountain, one face, a peaceful smile like the full moon, four arms. On a spotless lotus and moon cushion, standing with legs in equal posture. The first two of the four arms are in the gesture of opening the eyes, with the mudra of applying mantra water to the eyes. Held at the heart, the lower right hand holds a silver vase filled with nectar. By holding it, all stains of sin and obscuration are washed away. The lower left hand holds a mirror, on which the countless realms are clearly displayed, and a bath is offered. Adorned with various precious jewels, covered with silk garments and robes. The left breast is covered with a deer skin. The supreme speech, Amitābha, adorns the head. The samaya and wisdom are transformed into indivisibility. As with recitation, the practice of meditation is shown. History generates faith, benefits increase joy. The preliminary virtuous deeds are diligently performed during the waxing moon. In a secluded place, observe retreat, avoid defilement, and rely on the three white foods. Starting from dawn, this mantra is recited without interruption, a thousand times, and the visualization is: Rays of light emanate from the tip of the power of the mantra mudra. The stream of nectar from the lower right vase flows, on the surface of the mirror in the left hand, as if bathing. As it is done, all sentient beings, equal to oneself and others in space,

From the imprints of karma, obscurations arise. All obscurations caused by illness, evil spirits, and shadows, like wind scattering clouds and washing away dirt, should be practiced with clarity, pure recollection, and stability. At the base of the ring fingers of the right and left hands, recite this mantra twenty-one times before eating. With the tips of the left ring finger, anoint the mantra water on the right hand and snap the fingers. Smear from the inner corner of the left eye outwards, and similarly smear from the left hand to the right eye. Wipe away dimness, shadows, and all illnesses and evil spirits. Visualize both eyes becoming clear and the eye gates opening. If there is a difference in brightness in a direction, first perform the ritual of blowing on the dark direction with the mantra. Thus, constantly strive to practice this. The mantra is like this precious ladder of letters: The three sets of eight lines end with སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese Meaning) སྭཱ་ཧཱ། svāhā Accomplishment. ། , the third and fourth lines of the first set, and similarly the fifth line of the third set end with སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese Meaning) སྭཱ་ཧཱ། svāhā Accomplishment. ། . Add "འ་" to the five letters, and the others are short vowels. Twenty-six letters, profound and without error! Recite before dawn, day and night, integrate into the sequence of one's regular yoga. If it is a particularly praised practice, then at that time, mainly recite the mani, because it is profound and practiced closely. The close practice of time, seven days and twenty-one. The close practice of quantity is as said in the previous practice. The determination of signs, light a lamp at sunrise, open the door and uncover, see and hear with clear eyes. It is best to bathe, climb upwards, walk in high and spacious places. Remove smelly, black, hats, clothes, and shoes of medium quality. Avoid dark caves, mud, hail, blizzards, and drowning. Strive to eliminate shadows, purify obscurations, and perform rituals. Signs and indications of beneficial power, good and bad, actual experiences in dreams will definitely occur. Whatever arises, transform it into a means of auspiciousness. The third, the benefit of striving for this is, the essence of the senses, there is nothing more precious than the eyes. Therefore, from a healthy youth, having previously done the close practice, eye diseases will not occur. Parents and others will be freed from the ghosts of decline, and protected from contagious epidemics and harm of eye diseases. Internal, external, and intermediate decline, cataracts, blood vessel worms. Lice
