Rides on sunbeams and wanders through the three realms, emanation of the five classes born in the pure land, myself and my children and retinue. From the palace of the rainbow body of light, the mantra holder Hung Nag Mebar (Hūṃ Black Fire Blazing), rides on a tiger and displays miracles, emanation of the ocean of those with vows, myself and my children and retinue. From the forest grove of trees in Kongpo, the wise and supreme Padma Lekdrub Tsal (Padma Lekdrub Tsal), Tsele Natsok Rangdröl (Tsele Natsok Rangdröl). Rides on a dragon and wanders through the charnel ground, emanation of the wisdom of the all-penetrating, myself and my children and retinue. From the palace of the sky-faring wisdom, Jetsun Drukdra Sangpo (Jetsun Drukdra Sangpo), Rongpa Dzogchenpa. Rides on red lightning and changes dance steps, emanation of yogis with vows, myself and my children and retinue. From the emanation palace of Drashong, Lhatsun Kratung (Lhatsun Kratung), Namkhai Jikmé Tsal (Namkhai Jikmé Tsal), Kongpo Dzogchenpa. And the naked heretic girl, emanation of flesh-eating jackal packs, bless myself and my children. Liberate from the dangerous path of obstructing demons, pacify the fierce heat of oath-breakers, pray to avert untimely death. Furthermore, from the pure lands of dwelling places, the root and lineage lamas of vidyadharas, wearing and riding whatever tames, emanation upon emanation is inconceivable, myself and my children and retinue. All are in the terrifying attire of the charnel ground, adorned with the ornaments of blood-drinking wrath, khatvanga, cymbals, bells, great conch, flute, kyuru, dazzling light ya la la, the sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) like a thousand dragons thundering, fire wind hail sha ra ra, intimidating throat sounds chem se chem, the blood of demons' hearts tsa ra ra, the life of the eight classes and oath-breakers ha, weapons of samsara and nirvana, vajra dagger, hail, iron hook arrow, Mount Meru, sun, moon, ocean, etc., all manifest from the body.

彩虹的光芒闪耀，吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）和帕（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪）的雷声轰鸣。 在这无常的末世，无依无靠的魔鬼制造障碍，星宿龙王吞噬生命气息。唉，藏地苦难之时，杜鲁卡（指入侵的军队）的边境战事逼近。五百末世的众生们，难道不是您所要调伏的对象吗？往昔的慈悲不要舍弃，此时请垂视可怜的众生。守护寺庙的护法神们，也变成了不守护正法的魔鬼。对此降下教令的惩罚，发誓守护佛法。请您赐予我灌顶加持，从障碍魔众的险境中解救，平息邪魔鬼怪的酷热，祈请遣除非时而死。最后，上师的身语意之大坛城，无尽庄严轮，无量无边，融入自身四处。观想自己刹那间真实成为秘密主。幻化上师的坛城，也与自心无二无别。身体是自然成就的宫殿，语言是不可摧毁的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）声，观想显有世间为天神和天女，器情无二无别一个明点，安住于无生虚空之中，法尽智绝的状态中啊！吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）尽可能多地念诵后，右手观想忿怒尊的坛城，左手观想忿怒母的坛城，中间在日月之间，观想与敌人鬼怪颜色相应的字母呢（藏文：ནྲྀ），扎（藏文：ཏྲི），放出光芒，光芒收回，观想敌人鬼怪真实显现，拍手三次，观想他们化为微尘。吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！极其恐怖的忿怒尊和忿怒母，日月兵器火焰之中，敌人鬼怪障碍凶恶的魔，愿他们的意识脱离依凭，像微尘一样被摧毁，三有轮回的后代断绝！这样将意识弹至秘密主的心间。观想血肉化为光芒，供养遍满虚空的天神众，做三次朵玛手印。祈祷三传承持明上师的加持力，愿疾病邪魔平息，寿命延长，证悟增长，成就如意，吉祥圆满兴盛，愿殊胜阿底瑜伽的命脉稳固。以此没有不能消除的障碍，如果情况紧急，一天做六次，有缘者一两个。

Rays of rainbow light flash. The thunder of Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable) and Phaṭ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Strike!) resounds. In this end of impermanent times, helpless demons create obstacles, and the planetary dragon kings devour life force. Alas, in this time of suffering for Tibet, the border wars of the Turukas (referring to invading armies) draw near. Are not the beings of the final five hundred years those whom you are to tame? Do not abandon your past compassion. At this time, look upon the wretched beings. Even the protectors who uphold the monasteries have become demons who do not uphold the sacred Dharma. Impose the punishment of the decree upon them. Vow to protect the teachings. Bestow upon me empowerment and blessings. Deliver me from the perilous straits of the hordes of obstructing demons. Subdue the scorching heat of oath-breakers and elementals. I pray that you avert untimely death. Finally, the great mandala of the body, speech, and mind of the Lama, the inexhaustible adornment wheel, the infinite and boundless, dissolves into its four places within oneself. Meditate that you instantly become the Lord of Secrets in reality. The mandala of the illusory Lama also becomes inseparable from your own mind. The body is a spontaneously accomplished palace. Speech is the indestructible sound of Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable). Meditate on appearance and existence as deities, male and female. Vessels and contents are inseparable, a single bindu. Abide in the unborn sky. In the state of Dharma exhausted and mind transcended, Ah! At the end of reciting Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable) as much as possible, visualize the mandala of the wrathful deity in the right hand, the mandala of the wrathful mother in the left hand, and in the center, between the sun and moon, the letter Ṇrī (藏文：ནྲྀ) Tri (藏文：ཏྲི) corresponding to the color of the enemy and obstacle, emitting light. The light gathers back, and think of the enemies and obstacles as actually appearing, clap your hands three times, and think of them as turning into dust. Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable)! Most terrifying wrathful deities, male and female, in the midst of sun, moon, weapons, and flames, enemies, obstacles, and fierce demons, may their consciousness be separated from its support, may they be destroyed like dust, may the lineage of the three realms be severed! Thus, cast the consciousness into the heart of the Lord of Secrets. Visualize the flesh and blood transforming into light, offering it to the assembly of deities filling the sky, and make the mudra of the torma three times. Through the power of the blessings of the Lamas of the three lineages of Vidyadharas, may diseases and evil spirits be pacified, may life be prolonged, may experience and realization increase, may accomplishments be fulfilled, may auspiciousness and prosperity flourish, and may the life force of the supreme Atiyoga be firm. With this, there is no obstacle that cannot be eliminated. If the situation is urgent, do it six times a day. Fortunate ones, one or two.
