祈愿如是成就！ 唉玛，益西措嘉母！ 无有报恩，施恩不可行； 无有信心，加持不可行； 无有誓言，灌顶不可行； 无有生圆，说法不可行； 无有教言，修持不可行； 在此藏地，虽施大恩亦不铭记； 未曾信任，无有欺骗之法； 甜言蜜语，善于诱惑，勿使其得手； 若人人皆有，纵贤亦耗损小； 若人人皆为官，则享用权力之份减少； 勿示于众人，誓言萨玛雅（藏文：ས་མ་ཡ།）； 嘉嘉嘉（藏文：རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།）！ 未来具缘时之末， 众人突发怪异之举； 虽有牲畜亦无用处； 战争盗贼刀兵与饥荒兴起； 彼时对众生大有利益； 语藏珍宝藏于地！ 如是说。 益西措嘉无有丝毫错谬，造作目录后藏于地。 嘉嘉嘉（藏文：རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།）！ 大持明者达香努丹多杰从宝藏中取出，清净后从黄纸上抄录心意而成。 甚深秘密莲花心滴中， 治疗牲畜疾病之小册。 达香努丹多杰。

Without repaying kindness, bestowing favor is not feasible; Without faith, bestowing blessings is not feasible; Without samaya, bestowing empowerment is not feasible; Without generation and completion, teaching Dharma is not feasible; Without instructions, practice is not feasible; In this Tibetan land, even if great kindness is bestowed, it is not remembered; Without trust, there is no way to deceive; Sweet words, skilled at seduction, do not let them get their way; If everyone has it, even if skilled, the consumption is small; If everyone becomes a leader, the share of enjoying power is small; Do not show it to everyone, samaya (藏文：ས་མ་ཡ།) of the vow; Gya Gya Gya (藏文：རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།)! In the future, at the end of the time of the fortunate, People will suddenly rise up with strange behavior; Even if there are livestock, they will be useless; War, thieves, weapons, and famine will arise; At that time, it will be of great benefit to beings; Bury the precious treasure of speech!
