For minor matters such as hail protection, success will be achieved by following the respective rituals. The benefits of this are immeasurable; it can avert curses from nagas and earth lords, cut off the spread of leprosy, and also break oaths. It can resist epidemics, throat swelling, and pain. In short, it is an all-conquering king. There are two vows for this: women must not see it, let alone touch it with their hands. It must not be shown to enemies without vows. If hailstones fall, the hammer must not be struck on the ground. There are two necessities for this: recite the mantra of the Iron Fortress of Light every day, and recite it to replenish energy. Pour in clean, undried alcohol. This is an oral instruction. This has three wheels: male wheel, female wheel, and general wheel. When worn on the body, it is all-conquering, especially able to subdue nagas and earth lords, and able to subdue other oppressions and curses.
