The Water Transference for Clearing Karmic Debts involves going to places like lakes, ponds, pools, or springs. Alternatively, one can use rainwater or clean flowing water in an unbroken vessel. Purify it with incense and perform ablutions. Recite special dharanis and mantras such as those from the Kangyur and liberation-through-hearing texts. Arrange offerings of various grains, medicines, foods, silks, samaya substances, the three whites, and the three sweets, and then say: I myself am the embodiment of the Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya. In a moment of recollection, I am complete, appearing as Avalokiteshvara. From the three syllables at the three places, light radiates, Transforming all the waters of existence and samsara into nectar, Becoming the milk stream from the hands of the Lord of the World.
