བཅས༔ ཐལ་པའི་རྡུལ་བཞིན་བརླག་པར་མཛོད༔ ཅེས་དང་དྲག་སྔགས་ཟློག་སྔགས་བརྗོད་ཅིང་མདོས་གཏོར་མེ་ལ་བསྲེག །ཐལ་མོ་བརྡབ། སྔགས་དང་དམིགས་པས་ཕྱི་ལམ་གཅད། ལས་བྱང་ལྟར་སྲུང་འཁོར་བསྒོམ། ནང་དུ་ལོག་ནས་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱི་མཇུག་བསྡུ་བྱས་པས་གྲུབ་བོ། །འདི་ནི་སྤྱི་མདོས་གཏང་བའི་ཚུལ་ཡིན་ལ་རྒྱལ་བཙན་སོགས་གང་དགོས་པའི་སྒེར་མདོས་ཁོལ་དུ་ཕྱུང་ཡང་ཆོག་པས་འདི་ཉིད་ལས་ཁོལ་ཕྱུང་རིགས་པས་འཕྲུལ་ལོ། །འདིའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ནི། འདིས་ནི་ནད་གདོན་བར་ཆད་ཞི༔ ཚེ་རིང་བསམ་དགུ་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲུབ༔ ཁྱད་པར་རྒྱལ་ཁམས་བདེ་བ་དང༔ ནད་རིམས་ཆད་ཅིང་དམག་ཚོགས་ཟློག༔ གང་བརྩམ་ལས་ཀུན་མྱུར་འགྲུབ་ཕྱིར༔ རྣལ་འབྱོར་ལྡན་པས་རྟག་དུ་སྤྱད༔ ཅེས་གསུངས་པ་ལྟར་རོ། །སྙིགས་དུས་སྡེ་བརྒྱད་ཚ་དབལ་ཀུན། ། ཞི་བདེའི་དབྱིངས་སུ་བཅིལ་བ་ཡི། །ནུས་ལྡན་སྨན་ཆབ་འདི་གྱུར་ཏེ། །གངས་ལྗོངས་མཐའ་དག་འཚོ་བྱེད་ཤོག །ཅེས་ཉེར་མཁོ་ཆེ་ཞིང་གནམ་ཆོས་ལུགས་ལྟ་བུའི་འཛོམ་དཀའ་བ་མི་སྣང་བས་ཁྱེར་བདེར་ཉམ་ཆུང་ལ་ཕན་པར་བསམས་ནས་པདྨ་གར་དབང་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་ཀྱིས་གཏེར་གཞུང་ལས་ཁོལ་ཕྱུང་གསལ་བྱེད་ཕྲན་བུས་བརྒྱན་ཏེ་རྫོང་ཤོད་བདེ་གཤེགས་འདུས་པའི་ཕོ་བྲང་དུ་བཀོད་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །། ཐུགས་སྒྲུབ་བར་ཆད་ཀུན་སེལ་ལས་སྡེ་བརྒྱད་ཁེངས་མདོས་ཁོལ་ཕྱུང་བལྟས་ཆོག་ཏུ་བཀོད་པ་རྩུབ་འགྱུར་རྙོག་མ་གཏིང་དྭངས། བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས།

等。如灰尘般毁灭吧！如此念诵猛咒、回遮咒，并将食子朵玛焚烧于火中。拍手。以咒语和观想切断外道。如仪轨般修持守护轮。返回内部后，完成事业之结尾，即成就。这是进行共同食子的方式，对于国王、战神等任何需要的个别食子，也可以单独取出，因此可以从此中取出，理应巧妙运用。此之功德为：以此能息灭疾病、邪魔、障碍，寿命延长，一切所愿皆能成就，特别是能使国家安乐，息灭疾病瘟疫，回遮军队。为了所作之事皆能迅速成就，具足瑜伽者应恒常修持。如是说。末世时代，所有八部鬼神， 皆被置于寂静之界。愿此具力之甘露， 成为滋养整个雪域的甘露！因为此法非常重要，且如天法般难以聚集，所以心想携带方便，能利益弱小，故莲花自在智慧无边从伏藏法中取出，以少许明示加以庄严，于宗学（Zongshod）吉祥云集之宫殿中书写，善妙增上！ 从意修遣除一切障碍中，取出八部众满足朵玛，为了方便观看而著，粗糙转变，浊水澄清。智慧无边。

The benefits of this are: With this, diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles are pacified, lifespan is extended, and all wishes are fulfilled. In particular, it brings peace to the country, pacifies diseases and plagues, and averts armies. In order for all undertakings to be quickly accomplished, those endowed with yoga should practice it constantly. As it is said. In the degenerate age, all eight classes of spirits, Are placed in the realm of peace. May this powerful nectar, Become the nourishment for the entire snowy land! Because this method is very important and difficult to gather like the heavenly Dharma, it was thought to be easy to carry and beneficial to the weak, so Padma Garwang Lodro Thaye extracted it from the terma teachings, adorned it with a small clarification, and wrote it in the palace of Zongshod Deshek Dupa, may goodness increase!
