Having prayed, fulfill with that fierce oath, may the ritual be complete without any omissions. Please return my borrowed oath. Repay the borrowed oath and avert obstacles. The five classes of wisdom dakinis and, the twenty-eight powerful mothers, whatever has been contrary to their hearts, I confess, please forgive. Grant the unobstructed Brahma's accomplishment. Recite these and recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Then, the averting of the lower actions: Om. All the fierce flesh-eating demons arising from "Kam", the three-cornered frame of the iron house of the sky, inside which are the enemies, demons, and sorcerers, on top of being as clear as manifest, the corpses are the powerful dakinis. From that, the rays of light radiate, all the enemies, demons, and harmers, like a whirlwind gathering dust, gather and dissolve into the container of the flesh-eating demon. Hūṃ bhyo jaḥ. (Tibetan) The dakinis of action, possessing magical powers, trillions and billions, are all the mistresses of life, the time for your oath has come.
