哇！愿轮回彻底清净，调伏众生的事业圆满完成！如此祈祷，并将善根回向菩提。自身观想为清净空性双运的薄伽梵金刚萨埵之身。心性超越思维，空明无别，以观实相金刚萨埵本面而结合行持。如是精进之时与利益，于根本经中云：此乃恒常与特别时，声音及地震发生时，众人聚集及集会等，若令众人皆得听闻而宣说，何况实际听闻者无需多言。念诵咒语，牧童之笛声，风之声，听闻亦能清净恶趣与轮回之诸苦。仅生起刹那之信心与定解，亦能播下解脱之种子。是故后世众生们，当以恒常之意为心髓。如是所说，因邬金金刚持大士之语永不欺骗，故以坚定之信心，当以恒常之法行持为心髓。如是亦以利益自他一切之发心，从根本伏藏经中，为便于携带而由莲师欢喜之眷属钦哲旺波取出。愿此善根令无量无边的众生，于此生即能证得大幻化网金刚萨埵之果位。吉祥圆满！莲师心髓除障法类中，自生读诵解脱莲花心髓续及读诵方法。顶礼上师莲花生！于此，殊胜三世知邬金大师之心要，一切续部、教言、口诀之精华，百千万心髓修法之心要，且具足不可思议之稀有与加持之莲师心髓除障法类之基础或如根本般，自生读诵解脱持明幻化网之种子续莲花心髓及读诵方法之口诵精要者，于安乐之座上，以具足禅定之行仪而安住，于猛烈生起出离心、慈悲心与胜解信之心境中。

Wa! May samsara be completely purified, and may the work of taming beings be perfectly accomplished! Thus pray, and dedicate the root of virtue to bodhi. Visualize yourself as the body of the Bhagavan Vajrasattva, clear and empty, in union. The nature of mind transcends thought, empty and clear without distinction, and combine practice with seeing the true face of Vajrasattva. The time and benefits of such diligence are also stated in the root text: This is constant and special. When sounds and earthquakes occur, when many people gather and assemble, etc., if you proclaim it so that everyone can hear it, what need is there to mention those who actually hear it? Reciting mantras, the sound of a shepherd's flute, the sound of the wind, hearing it can also purify the evil realms and all the sufferings of samsara. Even if only a moment of faith and certainty arises, it can plant the seed of liberation. Therefore, future generations of beings should make constant devotion their essence. As it is said, because the words of the great Orgyen Vajradhara never deceive, with steadfast faith, one should make constant Dharma practice one's essence. Thus, with the intention of benefiting oneself and others, from the root treasure scripture, Khenchen Wangpo, a servant pleasing to the Lotus-Born Guru, extracted it for easy carrying. May this virtue cause all limitless sentient beings to realize the state of the great illusionary net Vajrasattva in this very life. May there be auspiciousness! From the Guru's Heart Practice, Dispelling All Obstacles: The Self-Arisen Liberation Through Reading, the Lotus Heart Essence Tantra, together with the method of reading it, is present. Namo Guru Padmakaraya! Here, the heart essence of the glorious all-knowing Orgyen the Great, the essence of all tantras, agamas, and instructions, the essence of hundreds of thousands of heart practices, and the basis or root of the Guru's Heart Practice, Dispelling All Obstacles, which possesses inconceivable wonders and blessings, is like the Self-Arisen Liberation Through Reading, the seed tantra of the Vidyadhara Illusionary Net, the Lotus Heart Essence, together with the method of reading it, condensed into the essence of recitation: On a comfortable seat, abide with the conduct of meditation, in a state of intensely generating renunciation, compassion, and fervent devotion.

For the sake of all sentient beings who have been my mothers, To attain the state of Buddhahood, Abstain from all misdeeds, accumulate virtuous Dharma, Constantly generate the altruistic Bodhicitta! Repeat three times. May all sentient beings have happiness and its causes, May they be free from suffering and its causes, May they never be separated from happiness without suffering, May they realize the equality of all phenomena! Dza Hum Bam Hoh! Think that the field of merit dissolves into you. My self-generation yoga is: Ah! In the state of clear light emptiness, Wisdom awareness is self-arising, My body transforms into the immortal Padmasambhava, With a radiant white and red, peaceful and wrathful appearance, The consort holding a vajra and bell is white, United with the hero holding a vajra skull cup, Adorned with silks, jewels, and bone ornaments, In the posture of skillful means and wisdom in union, Seated in the center of a rainbow of five-colored light, On a lotus, sun, and moon seat, Manifesting the peaceful and wrathful deities of the three roots of existence, Clear like an open sesame pod. In a time without beginning or end, Self-arisen awareness spoke this: Ground one, path two, fruit five, Sesame, clear and empty, perfected in the expanse.
