于广大世间诸有中，星辰闪耀光芒，明点清晰显现。外之誓言者，祈请圆满本誓愿。所有誓言违犯与衰损，祈愿以本誓愿力令其清净。吽！于稀有秘密之坛城中，上师本尊空行母众圆满，于自生法界之容器中，以觉性智慧之灯供养。为救度三界轮回于虚空，供养无执红色血之供品。阿拉拉，祈请欢喜纳受。祈愿圆满衰损，净除分别与障碍。萨尔瓦 达 芒嘎朗！（梵文，Sarva dā maṅgalaṃ，一切时吉祥！） 地狱空尽忏悔圆满。

In the vast expanse of worldly existence, The stars shine brightly, and the bindus appear clearly. Outer Samaya beings, please fulfill your vows. All breaches and impairments of vows, May they be purified by the power of your Samaya. Hūṃ! In the wondrous secret mandala, To the complete assembly of Gurus, Yidams, and Dakinis, In the vessel of the self-arisen Dharmadhatu, I offer the lamp born of awareness and wisdom. To liberate the three realms of samsara into the sky, I offer the untainted red Rakta offering. Alala, please accept it with joy. May impairments be fulfilled, and may conceptual obscurations be purified. Sarva dā maṅgalaṃ! (Sanskrit, Sarva dā maṅgalaṃ, May all be auspicious at all times!) A confession to fill and purify the hell realms.
