The second offering is made to all beings in general: Gods and non-gods, yakshas, kumbhandas, Garuda, those with good wings and deformed bodies, Gandharvas, rakshasas, all kinds of spirits, and those who dwell on the earth with miraculous powers, together with their children, spouses, servants, and attendants. I kneel on the ground, with palms joined, I pray to you, listen and come here for the sake of benefiting. Om Sarva Loka Pala Ehyehi, invite them. Padma Kamala Ya Satvam, offer the seat. Om Deva, Naga, Yaksha, Raksha, Gandharva, Asura, Garuda, Kinnare, Mahoraga, Manushya, Amanushya, Sa Parivara Argham, etc., offer. Open the vajra mudra upwards, offer the torma three times by adding Namah Sarva, etc., to the end of the previous mantra, Om Deva, etc. Whatever beings dwell on the top of Mount Meru, in the delightful groves and the abodes of the gods, in the eastern and western mountains and the houses of the sun and moon, and whatever dwell on all the mountains, and especially whatever dwell on the precious continent, and all the rivers and the sources of water, and the lakes and ponds, pools and shores, and whatever dwell in the cool springs, and the villages and pastures, the empty cities, the empty houses and the houses of the gods, and the monasteries and stupa places, and the places of asceticism and the elephant stables, and whatever dwell in the treasuries of the kings, and the crossroads, the three-way intersections and the four-way intersections, and whatever are on the highways and under a single tree, and the great charnel grounds, the great forests, and the places of lions, bears, and wild animals, and whatever dwell in the great and terrifying pastures, and whatever dwell in the supreme continents, and whatever dwell in Vulture Peak charnel grounds, may you be utterly delighted and pleased, if we offer garlands, fragrances, unguents, flowers, praises, tormas, and lamps with reverence, having consumed and well enjoyed these, may you accomplish the fruit of my actions.
