The right hand raises a golden vajra in the sky, and the left hand holds a skull cup filled with nectar in the mudra of equipoise, along with a vase of longevity. A khatvanga leans against the left elbow, and on the head is a soft lotus hat, and on the body are worn layers of secret robes, a skirt, a dharma robe, and a brocade maroon cloak. The feet are in the posture of royal ease, residing in a swirling mass of rainbow light. Marked with three syllables at the three places, and rays of light emanate from the heart of the teacher, filling the sky. From the southwest Lotus Light Palace and the boundless pure lands of the three kayas, invite countless wisdom beings and imagine that they dissolve indivisibly into your three doors. If you wish, the Lady of Power of the Ḍākinīs born from the field of merit, without moving from the Dharmadhātu, which is free from elaboration, arises as the five forms of wisdom Ḍākinīs of the spontaneously appearing Sambhogakāya, and in the form of an emanation medicine woman, the Lady Jomo Tashi Tse'i Wangchukma, who protects the Buddha's teachings, the blue-faced beauty, the immovable good cow, the tiara-wearing beautiful neck, the white-skinned good goer, together with the vast retinue of hundreds of thousands of medicine women of the three realms, you all, in the past, before the great glorious Heruka, the Bhagavan Shakya King, the secret lord Vajrapani, the wisdom Ḍākinī with the face of a lion, and the teacher Padmasambhava, promised to protect the essential teachings and the yoga practitioners, do not forget your oath. Show a joyful face to this oath-bound Vajra disciple, radiate a smiling countenance, accompany them inseparable as body and shadow, bestow vast enjoyment in accordance with the Dharma, pacify all immediate bad circumstances such as the fear of the king's punishment, and accomplish all wishes in accordance with the Dharma! Oṃ Vajra Ḍākinī Āyuḥṣeśvarī Samaya Ja! Āyurpuṇye Puṣṭiṃ Kuru Svāhā! Oṃ Jñāna Ḍākinī Maṃ Laṃ Aṃ Taṃ Sarva Siddhi Hūṃ Hūṃ! Recite these words and overwhelm with the confidence of viewing and the clarity of generation. Afterwards, scatter flowers, spread auspicious words extensively, and play music. Thus, it is also said in the root text: "Just by entrusting the common mantra, in an instant, the goddess's retinue will gather." As this has been perfectly accomplished, thinking that all the vows included in general and particular should be kept properly, repeat this afterwards. As with the main deity, offer thanksgiving maṇḍalas etc. as usual. The teacher enjoys the gathering, gives leftovers, replenishes the torma, and recites mantras.

ཙམ་གྱིས་བྱིན་བརླབས་ལ་སླར་ཡང་གཏོར་འབུལ་ཕྲིན་བཅོལ་དང་བཅས་པ་བྱ། རྗེས་མཆོད་བསྟོད་ནོངས་བཤགས། གཤེགས་བསྟིམ་རྟེན་དང་བསྟུན་ལ་བདག་བསྐྱེད་བསྡུ་ལྡང་བསྔོ་སྨོན་དང་བཀྲ་ཤིས་བཅས་ཀྱིས་མཐའ་རྒྱས་སུ་བྱས་པས་འགྲུབ་བོ། །གདམས་ཟབ་མཆོག་འདིས་ཀུན་ལ་ཁྱབ། །སྙིང་པོའི་བསྟན་དང་བསྟན་འཛིན་གྱི། །དགེ་ལེགས་དཔལ་འབྱོར་ཡར་ཟླ་ལྟར། །འཕེལ་ཞིང་རྒྱས་པའི་བཙས་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་བློ་དམན་ལ་ཕན་པའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་གཏེར་གཞུང་ལས་ཁོལ་ཕྱུང་མཚམས་སྦྱོར་གྱིས་བརྒྱན་ཏེ་པདྨ་གར་དབང་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་པའི་སྡེས་རྫོང་ཤོད་བདེ་གཤེགས་འདུས་པའི་ཕོ་བྲང་ཆེན་པོར་བགྱིས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །། ཐུགས་སྒྲུབ་བར་ཆད་ཀུན་སེལ་ལས་བཀའ་སྲུང་ཚེ་རིང་མཆེད་ལྔའི་ཐུན་མོང་གཏོར་མའི་དབང་བསྐུར་བཀྲ་ཤིས་བཅུད་འབེབ། བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས།
