安住于傲慢眷属，以加持之光辉炽盛燃烧而安住，迎请您等至头顶，恳请赐予誓言。从身体各处，如降下身、咒鬘、法器、光芒、甘露的连绵雨水般降临。融入您等，生起获得圆满身语意功德事业之灌顶、加持、悉地一切之念。吽！朵玛器皿清净法界性，圆满一切智慧怙主之刹土。朵玛之体性乃忿怒之宫殿，巍然成就光辉黑怙主之宫殿。朵玛之定义为自明菩提心，圆满为玛哈嘎拉之身语意。朵玛之物为五种妙欲，放射五智之供云。供养乃供养智慧怙主之眷属，受用后赐予身语意之殊胜灌顶。修持与供养、会供与祈请之时，莫忘誓言，此乃朵玛之精髓。无有本尊分别，愿速成就！心咒末尾加：ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་སིདྡྷི་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）身语意成就灌顶吽，念诵后置于三处。若广说，则如常念诵传承上师之名号并作教敕。散花并诵吉祥偈。因此，依循从吉祥智慧怙主六臂像之甚深修法九次第所出之朵玛加持外修蓝色法本而善得。此法本中云：纵然赐予普通人，息增怀诛随所欲，事业成就且凡结缘者，皆引至极乐刹土。又云：弟子依于朵玛，纵然修持七日，亦能消除障碍并成就所愿。故金刚语真实不虚，当如法守护共同与个别之誓言，并思惟将此智慧怙主作为殊胜护法而依止，随念诵此。如主尊如何等。供养酬谢曼扎起至后皆如常。上师复次陈设朵玛、酒肉，作酬谢供。供赞忏悔。迎请智慧尊安住于身像等，坚固安住。誓言尊融入自身。若有马头明王之会供，则作会供歌舞。

Having the retinue of abiding pride, abiding with the splendor of blessings blazing intensely, invite you all to the crown of your heads, and urge the samaya. From all the places of the body, like a continuous rain of body, mantra garlands, hand implements, rays of light, and nectar, descend. May you all be absorbed, and may you have the single-pointed thought that you have received the empowerment, blessings, and siddhis of the complete body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. Hūṃ! The pure vessel of the torma is the very nature of the dharma realm; complete is the entire realm of the Wisdom Protector. The essence of the torma is the fierce palace; the palace of the glorious blazing black one is spontaneously accomplished. The definition of the torma is self-aware bodhicitta; it is complete as the body, speech, and mind of Mahākāla. The substance of the torma is the five objects of desire; the offering clouds of the five wisdoms radiate forth. The offering is offered to the assembly of the Wisdom Protector; having accepted it, grant the supreme empowerment of body, speech, and mind. At the time of practice, offering, gathering, and urging, do not stray from the samaya; this is the very essence of the torma. Without duality of deity and thought, may it be quickly accomplished! At the end of the heart mantra: kāyavākacittasiddhiaabhiṣiñcahūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: body, speech, mind, accomplishment, empowerment, Hūṃ), say this and place it in the three places. If you want to elaborate, recite the names of the lineage and give the command as usual. Scatter flowers and say auspicious words. Thus, the blessings of the torma, which come from the profound practice of the six-armed glorious Wisdom Protector in the nine cycles, have been well obtained by relying on the outer practice of the blue scripture. In this scripture it says: Even if given to an ordinary person, whatever is desired, pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, or wrathful, activities will be accomplished, and all who are connected will be led to the great bliss realm. It also says: Even if a student relies on the torma and practices for seven days, obstacles will be cleared and wishes will be fulfilled. Therefore, the vajra words are infallible, so protect the common and individual vows as they should be, and think that this Wisdom Protector should be relied upon as a special protector of the Dharma, and repeat this. How the main deity, etc. From the offering of thanks mandala onwards, it is all as usual. The teacher again arranges the torma, medicine, and alcohol, and makes a thanksgiving offering. Offering, praise, confession. Invite the wisdom being to abide in the image, etc., and firmly abide. The samaya being dissolves into oneself. If there is a Hayagrīva gathering, then perform the gathering feast.

如果中断，或者没有中断，从后续仪轨的供养赞颂到吉祥祝愿之间都做了，就能圆满成就。遣除障碍，四魔之战场。一切所想，不费力气自然成就。与有缘者一同，于无量光寿佛前。愿智慧怙主引导。如是，此天神之加持灌顶圆满获得。莲花自在智慧无边于宗学（རྫོང་ཤོད་，今四川甘孜新龙一带）德谢杜巴（བདེ་གཤེགས་འདུས་པ）之大宫殿所作，善妙增长。 从甚深护法九法中，六臂智慧怙主之外修朵玛加持成就明点。智慧无边。
