ཐོལ་བཤགས་འབུལ་ལོ་ཚངས་པར་མཛད་ནས་ཀྱང་། །དངོས་གྲུབ་མཆོག་གིས་བདག་རྒྱུད་གཏམས་པར་མཛོད། །ཅེས་དང་ཡིག་བརྒྱ་མང་དུ་བཟླའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་སྐོང་བཤགས་སྐབས་ཀྱི་ཕྲིན་ལས་ལ་མཁོ་བའི་དབང་དུ་བྱས་ཀྱི། རྒྱུན་གྱི་ཕྲིན་ལས་ལ་ནི། བཟླས་པའི་རྗེས་ཀྱི་བསྟོད་པ་དང་ཕྲིན་ལས་གསོལ་བའི་མཐར་ཐུན་གཏོར་ལ་དམིགས་བྱ་བཀུག་ལ་བདུད་རྩིར་སྤར་བས་མཆོད་ཅིང་། ཧཱུྃ། ལྷ་ཡི་སྡེ་དཔོན་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་བདག །ལེགས་ལྡན་ནག་པོ་མཐུ་བོ་ཆེ། །ཉེ་གནས་ཀྲོ་དྷཱི་ཤྭ་རཱི་མ། ། གིང་དང་གནོད་སྦྱིན་སྲིན་པོ་དང་། །མ་མོ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཕོ་ཉ་དང་། །སྤྲུལ་པ་ཡང་སྤྲུལ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས། །ཟག་མེད་འདོད་ཡོན་བདུད་རྩི་ཡི། །དམ་རྫས་མཆོད་གཏོར་འདི་བཞེས་ལ། །དེང་འདིར་བཅོལ་པའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་མཛོད། །སྔར་བཅོལ་ལས་ཀྱི་གཏང་རག་མཛོད། །ཕྱི་བཅོལ་ལས་ཀྱི་གསོས་སུ་བཞེས། །སངས་རྒྱས་བསྟན་པ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་སྲུངས། །དཀོན་མཆོག་དབུ་འཕང་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་བསྟོད། །སློབ་དཔོན་སྐུ་དགྲ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཐུལ། །སྒྲུབ་པ་པོ་ཡི་སྟོངས་གྲོགས་མཛོད། །ཅེས་གཏོར་མ་སྒྲུབ་ཁང་གི་ཡང་ཐོག་ལ་སོགས་པར་འབུལ་ལོ། །སླར་ཡང་གཏང་རག་གི་མཆོད་བསྟོད་དང་ནོངས་པ་བཤགས། རྟེན་ཡོད་ན་བརྟན་བཞུགས་དང་། མེད་ན་གཏོར་མགྲོན་ཡེ་ཤེས་པ་གཤེགས། དམ་ཚིག་པ་རང་ལ་བསྟིམ། གནས་གསུམ་དུ་ཡི་གེ་གསུམ་གྱི་རྒྱས་གདབ། དགེ་བ་བསྔོ་ཞིང་ཤིས་པ་བརྗོད་པས་མཐའ་བརྒྱན་ནོ། །བསྟན་སྲུང་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་སྡེ་དཔོན་ནག་པོ་ཆེ། །ལེགས་ལྡན་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་བདག་པོའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་གཞུང་། །སྙིང་པོར་དྲིལ་ནས་མདོར་བསྡུས་འདིར་བརྗོད་པའི། །བསོད་ནམས་བསྟན་པ་རྒྱས་པའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དཔལ་མགོན་ལེགས་ལྡན་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་བདག་པོའི་ལས་བྱང་རྒྱས་པ་ལས་སླར་ཡང་སྙིང་པོ་ཁྱེར་བདེར་དྲིལ་བ་ལས་བཞིའི་སྙེ་མ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པ་འགྱུར་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེས་བཀོད་པའི་ཡི་གེ་པ་ནི་དཔལ་འབར་རོ།། །། དཔལ་མགོན་ལེགས་ལྡན་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་བདག་པོའི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་འབྲིང་པོ་ལས་བཞིའི་སྙེ་མ། འགྱུར་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེ།

忏悔献供请清净，以殊胜成就充满我身心。如是念诵百字明咒。如此是为圆满忏悔时之事业所需而说，若为日常事业，则于念诵后之赞颂与祈请事业之末，以食子为对境，迎请本尊，转化为甘露而作供养。吽。（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽） 诸天统领众会主，贤善黑怙大力者，近侍忿怒自在母， 紧那罗与夜叉罗刹，母神空行使者与，化身复化眷属众，无漏欲妙甘露之，誓物供食此受用，今于此处托付之事业，祈请成办。昔日托付之事业，祈请酬谢。未来托付之事业，祈请滋养。 祈请您守护佛陀之教法，祈请您增上三宝之威光，祈请您诛灭上师之身敌，祈请您成办修行者之助伴。如是于修行房之顶楼等处献供食子。再次酬谢供赞并忏悔罪过。若有本尊像则作坚住，若无则食子供养之智慧尊者请返回，誓言尊者融入自身。于三处以三字作印封。回向善根并以吉祥语作结尾。护教海众之主黑怙主，贤善众会主之事业仪轨，摄为心要而于此处略说之，愿此福德成为教法增盛之因。吉祥怙主贤善众会主之事业广轨中，再次摄为易持之心要，名为四穗，乃由持明者不变金刚所著，书写者为吉祥光。 །། 吉祥怙主贤善众会主之中等修法四穗。 不变金刚。

Offer confession and purify, May the supreme accomplishment fill my being. Thus, recite the hundred-syllable mantra many times. Lord of the assembly, commander of the hosts of gods, Virtuous, powerful black one, The attendant Krodheśvarī, Yakshas, demons, and kinnaras, Mothers, dakinis, messengers, Emanations and further emanations, together with their retinues, Take this sacrificial cake, the nectar of flawless desirable qualities, The substance of vows. Accomplish the activities entrusted to you today. Repay the activities entrusted to you in the past. Nourish the activities entrusted to you in the future. Protect the Buddha's teachings. Increase the glory of the Three Jewels. Subdue the enemies of the guru. Be the companion and helper of the practitioners. Thus, offer the torma on the roof of the practice room, etc. Again, offer praise and thanks, and confess transgressions. If there is a representation, perform the stable abiding; if not, invite the wisdom deity of the torma offering to depart, and dissolve the samaya deity into oneself. Seal the three places with the three syllables. Dedicate the merit and conclude with auspicious words.
