Second, the introduction based on objects with elaboration: The basis of all memory and awareness, called "Vijnana," abides in the body like oil pervading sesame seeds. Like breathing on a mirror, it gathers in the soles of the two feet, forming two white bindus the size of bird eggs. Through the channels of the feet, it gathers into the secret place, remaining there for a moment. Similarly, it is gradually drawn to the navel, heart, throat, and crown, almost about to emerge from the Brahma aperture. By uttering PHAṬ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: pa!), it emerges with a loud sound. That body of karmic maturation is given as food to the eight classes of beings. Let awareness merge inseparably with space, and completely abandon the expanse of emptiness, free from elaboration! By uttering PHAṬ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: pa!), repeat this visualization three times. The first essential point of the body has seven dharmas. The second is to sit cross-legged without the buttocks touching the ground, with the hands forming the vajra mudra at the heart. The third is the vajra three-pointed posture, all three of which should be upright and the eyes looking upwards, which should be practiced. Second, bestowing the power of dharma upon the mind: There are two types, the descent of blessing and the empowerment. First, the descent of the blessing of the wisdom deity: From the heart of the teacher, rays of light emanate, and all the Buddhas pervading space appear in the form of the five classes of dakinis. And also, from the hearts of the lama and the mandala deity, clouds of dakinis appear, with beautiful dances and joyful laughter.
