Expulsion. Interspersed with various Dharma teachings. Offer the mandala. Join palms together with flowers and pray: The teacher of beings, sinking in the ocean of suffering, you are the protector, appearing as auspiciousness, today I pray for your grace. Repeat this three times. At this time, all the teachers and students also recite the Heart Sutra of Prajnaparamita, including the exorcism. Before that, take refuge and generate the mind of enlightenment. Teacher, please listen! In order to save all beings from the ocean of suffering in samsara, I will always uphold the three vows: abandoning non-virtue, accumulating virtue, and benefiting sentient beings. From now on, I will not abandon them, and I will uphold them with respect. Take the vows in this way three times. Then enter the main practice, which is the introduction to opening the sky and entrusting the Dharma power to the mind. First, there is the introduction based on non-conceptual non-reality, and the introduction based on conceptual reality. Among the two, the first is: All of you, straighten your body posture, let your breath relax naturally. Cut off the thoughts of the three times, and when the previous thought has ceased and the next thought has not yet arisen, observe the nature of the present moment of awareness. At that time, appearances do not go outward, awareness does not cease inward, focus on the non-conceptual emptiness, relax and settle, the nature of self-awareness arises, and in a state of non-distraction, look at your own nature. Do not fall into any side of existence or non-existence, permanence or annihilation, birth or death, coming or going, cut off the root, naked, beyond all knowable and knowing, this is what is called the ultimate Prajnaparamita, do not be distracted, protect it! If you do not focus on anything, habits will not arise, and the bhumis and paths will be perfected. As it is said, know it! Thus, and so on, it is explained according to the capacity of the mind. If you do not realize such a state, the cause of its decline is this self-grasping. Therefore, for this body, do not have any self-cherishing attachment, and drive away all harmful spirits far away! (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) Again, for the conceptual thoughts that cling to body and mind, focus on observing their own nature, and settle in the dharmadhatu! (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) Thus ends.
