又，获得天与人的殊胜安乐后，为了成办一切智智，祈请迅速息灭和消除障碍、邪魔、鬼怪、瘟疫和疾病等，各种非时而死的境况，恶梦和恶兆，以及八怖等一切逼恼。祈请毫不费力自然成就一切增上兴盛世间和出世间吉祥、安乐、圆满之事。祈请精勤修持，正法增上，恒时得见您修法的殊胜容颜，证悟空性之义，珍贵的菩提心如上弦月般增长广大。至尊圣母度母请垂念我！从“您等具有智慧的智慧”至“请加持”之间，如前念诵三遍，祈祷所愿。之后如前寻觅七供物，献上第三曼扎供。行七支供，念诵三遍赞颂和祈请。再次寻觅七供物，献上第四曼扎供。行七支供。念诵七遍赞颂和祈请。之后，未得和未圆满，以及任何无能为力之事，此处所做有何错谬，祈请您一切容忍。念诵百字明忏悔。祈请薄伽梵母为了清净我和所有众生的罪障、恶业、过患和堕罪，增上福德资粮，稳固安住于此身。安住后，祈请加持我和所有众生，如所思维，一切与法相应的愿望皆能如意成就，疾病、邪魔、鬼怪和阻碍之众，悉皆寂灭。之后，三宝的吉祥，以及我从前世修持的本尊，三世诸佛的事业母，绿色的身相一面二臂，快速寂灭勇猛，化为慈母手持乌巴拉花的吉祥！如是至尊母的吉祥，以及无论何种降临于此的鬼神，无论安住于大地或虚空，恒时慈爱众生，日夜行持佛法。愿我以此善根，速疾

Furthermore, having obtained the supreme bliss of gods and humans, in order to accomplish omniscience, I pray that obstacles, demons, evil spirits, epidemics, and diseases, as well as all kinds of untimely deaths, bad dreams and bad omens, and all the afflictions such as the eight fears, may be quickly pacified and eliminated. I pray that all the auspicious, blissful, and perfect things of the world and beyond may effortlessly and spontaneously be accomplished, increasing and expanding. May we be diligent in practice, may the sacred Dharma increase, may we always see your supreme face of practice, may we realize the meaning of emptiness, and may the precious Bodhicitta increase and expand like the waxing moon. Noble Jetsun Holy Mother Tara, please consider me! From "You who possess the wisdom of knowledge" to "Please bless," recite three times as before, praying for your wishes. Then, as before, seek the seven offerings and offer the third mandala. Perform the seven-branch practice and recite the praise and supplication three times. Then, the auspiciousness of the Three Jewels, and the deity I have practiced from previous lives, the mother of the activities of all Buddhas of the three times, green in color, with one face and two arms, quickly pacifying and courageous, may the auspiciousness of the mother holding the Utpala flower prevail! Thus, the auspiciousness of the Noble Mother, and whatever spirits have come here, whether dwelling on the earth or in the sky, may they always cherish beings and practice the Dharma day and night. May the venerable Tara be accomplished, and may all beings without exception be established in her realm. By this merit, may I attain omniscience, defeat the enemies of faults, and liberate all beings from the ocean of existence, turbulent with the waves of birth, aging, sickness, and death. Thus, and so forth, one should make dedications and aspirations as appropriate. This is a note taken from ancient texts for easy recitation, may all wishes be fulfilled.
