I shall write it down, easy to gather and clear. Sit facing west on a comfortable seat. If possible, arrange a red mandala cluster, and offer medicine, rakta, torma, outer offerings, and a rosary. If not possible, it is also acceptable to visualize with the mind. First, take refuge and generate bodhicitta. Namo! Until enlightenment, for myself and all beings, To the Lama, Buddha, and the sacred Dharma, The supreme assembly of Sugata mandala deities, And the Dakinis, I take refuge. Three times. From the ocean of existence, difficult to cross, In order to liberate all beings equal to space, The supreme and perfect Bodhicitta, I, the sacred one, generate it. Accumulating merit. Instantly, transform oneself into the body of a Wisdom Dakini, and with the rays of light from the heart, invite from the place of Oddiyana, the venerable Secret Wisdom Four-Family Dakini retinue, and have them sit in front. From that, countless rays of light emanate, inviting the wisdom beings identical to herself, along with their retinue, from the pure land of Khechara Orgyen. Again, from the heart, the light rays of Bodhicitta, the essence of the five wisdoms, arise, dissolving from the heart, the mind becomes endowed with realization. Then, the deity also dissolves into oneself, becoming inseparable like water poured into water. With such faith, abide single-pointedly in the state of clear emptiness and non-thought of the deity's form. Then, from the HRĪḤ (ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马转写：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：啥) at the heart, a garland of mantras coils to the left like a snake, from which rays of light emanate, purifying the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings, transforming the phenomenal world into a mandala of Dakinis, delighting and blessing them with offerings. Thinking of the sound of the mantra like the breaking of a beehive, recite: Om Dhuma Gaye Namah Svaha, without interruption by mundane words. Again, firmly bind the mind to the HRĪḤ (ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马转写：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：啥) and the garland of mantras at the heart, and perform one session of mental recitation.
