As you exhale, visualize all the external deities dissolving into pure flames with a whooshing sound. As you inhale, visualize the Lotus Hero and Heroine residing at the lower end of the central channel, in the bliss of union, inspiring the deities at the heart center and the upper crown chakra. The flow of bliss and emptiness surges, transforming into light rays that shine upwards to the crown chakra. Visualize the great Vidyadhara Buddha Tötreng Tsal Yab-Yum, with all the root and lineage lamas merged into them. Hold Kumbhaka (vase breathing) as much as possible. Perform abdominal rotations, gentle taps, and 'ha' exhalations. Offer the mandala from the guidance text. Pray and receive empowerment. Meditate alternately on the fineness of splitting a hundred horse tail hairs. Similarly, in the generation stage, alternately meditate on the gathering and dispersing of the target of deities and mandalas filling the expanse of the sky, and on meditating on a bindu (藏文：ཐིག་ལེ་，梵文天城体：बिन्दु，梵文罗马拟音：bindu，汉语字面意思：point) as thin as a thread. The wisdom of spontaneous accomplishment of the two truths is free from vastness, limitation, and partiality. This great, utterly pure expanse is shown as merely a magical connection to purify the subtle obscurations of grasping, clinging to knowable objects. The many manifestations of deities and demons, permanence, stability, size, amount, body color, hand implements, etc., are said to be for taming attachment, not for the sake of attachment. If one becomes attached, one will stray into the desire realm of form and formlessness, making it difficult to be liberated from samsara. Those who wish to be liberated from the dangerous paths of samsara, such as the four births, even if they meditate perfectly, it is still the ultimate and correct state of the emanation generation stage. The self-nature of that state, unobstructed and spontaneously accomplished, is the generation stage. Not being attached to emptiness appearing as form, not hating form dissolving into emptiness. Not being confused about the nature of the great non-dual meaning appearance emptiness, bliss emptiness, clarity emptiness, awareness emptiness, completely free from extremes, vast space. In the state of nature or disposition, all dharmas are in the vast expanse of dharmata, primordially liberated, completely pure. The awareness that is inherently so, primordially so, is not adulterated by transformation, this is the non-dual ultimate vajra tummo (藏文：རྡོ་རྗེའི་གཏུམ་མོ་，梵文天城体：वज्र चण्डालि，梵文罗马拟音：vajra caṇḍāli，汉语字面意思：vajra caṇḍāli). The essence of the profound secret heart essence of a hundred thousand dakinis, is the sphere of activity of Vajrayogini's mind, therefore, it is placed in the expanse of the primordially inherent, natural great perfection, and the generation stage of the spontaneously accomplished wisdom wheel is clear as the instantaneous recollection completion, placing it in the non-dual nature of reality, this is the final gathering practice.
