生起次第心髓明点之猛厉母大乐莲花舟。 生起次第心髓明点之猛厉母大乐莲花舟。 生起次第心髓明点。名为猛厉母大乐莲花舟。 诶വം 霍！ 嗡 阿玛ra讷 纪万谛耶 梭哈！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）寿命深奥于风中修持的炽燃滴降深妙之猛厉母，秘密圆满次第，生起圆满一切之精要，甚深中更甚深之次第，为具善缘者宣说。外为生起次第，明观本尊之相；内为修持猛厉母拙火；秘密为圆满次第，光明之明点，虹身金刚身之修持，此三者中，首先生起次第者。于法身普贤七支坐式中，无分别而安住，不为烦恼分别之垢所染之自性本然之觉性，寂静而不作造作而安住。呼气九次。刹那间忆念圆满，由五大精华所成之智慧本尊之宫殿，如长寿成就法所出而生起。外围为罪业红黑之口中，红黑火焰腾燃之边际为铁城。其周围黑色铁轮千辐旋转。罪业之火焰铁室与铁轮，具足热力。火星与众多兵器如暴风般呼呼、闪闪发光而飞射。天铁所成之忿怒十尊，以各自之鬼神眷属，具足业之手印，化为灰尘。 观想寿命之障碍，任何鬼神亦不得其便。其内，五智具足之虹光缭绕之虚空中，本体为无量寿，显现仅为幻化之游舞。化身之八大尸陀林。于彼处安住之勇士空行瑜伽士成就者护法等。其内眷属为具足千瓣莲花。供养天女与，勾摄寿命之金刚使者母，与五部之方位颜色相应。手持寿命宝瓶、箭、幡，不可思议之数量安住。于欲妙之丝绸上，十六供养天女献上无量供养云，而增益寿命。

(Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) The profound life force, the deeply unique Tummo of blazing and dripping, accomplished in the wind, the secret completion stage, the very essence of all generation and completion, a sequence even more profound than profound, is shown to those who are endowed with good fortune. Outwardly, it is the generation stage, clearly visualizing the form of the deity; inwardly, it is meditating on Tummo Chandali; secretly, it is the completion stage, the bindu of clear light, accomplishing the rainbow body, the vajra body. Of these three, the first is the generation stage. From within the seven aspects of Vairochana's Dharma body, remain in a state of non-conceptuality. Naked awareness, unpolluted by the defilements of disturbing emotions and concepts, remains still and unfabricated. Exhale nine times. In an instant, complete recollection, the palace of the wisdom deity made from the essence of the five elements, generated as it appears in the life-sustaining practice of immortality. The outer surroundings are the iron city at the edge of the red-black flames erupting from the mouths of red-black sins. Around it, a black iron wheel with a thousand spokes spins. The iron chamber and iron wheel of the fiery army of sins are full of heat. Sparks and many weapons fly whirling and flashing like a blizzard. The ten wrathful ones, made of meteoric iron, each with their own retinue of demons, hold the hand implements of karma, reducing them to dust. Meditate that no obstacle to life, no spirit, can find an opportunity. Within it, in the space where the rainbow rays of the five wisdoms swirl, the essence is Amitayus, but the appearance is merely a play of illusion. Eight great charnel grounds of emanation. Heroes, dakinis, yogis, accomplished ones, protectors of the land, and so on, dwell there. Within it, the retinue is a thousand-petaled lotus. Offering goddesses and vajra messenger mothers who attract life force, corresponding to the directional colors of the five families. An immeasurable number holding life vases, arrows, and banners reside. On the silk of desirable objects, sixteen offering goddesses offer countless clouds of offerings, increasing life.

Pa. Within it, a square palace with four doors, a celestial mansion with abundant and perfect arrangements. In the center, a fully blooming red lotus wheel, on top of which is a five-pronged vajra made of the same material, radiating light throughout the three thousand worlds. To adorn it, the most excellent jewels and offerings in the three realms are arranged in a glorious and radiant manner. Within it, on a thousand and two lotus petals are a thousand and two Buddhas of the Fortunate Aeon. Within it, on eight lotus petals are the eight manifestations of Guru Rinpoche. Within it, on four lotus petals are the four forms of Protector Amitayus. In the center, on a lotus sun and moon seat, are Amitayus, Father and Mother. At the four doors are Ushnishavijaya, Yamantaka, Hayagriva, and Amrita Kundalin. The consorts hold iron hooks, lassos, iron chains, and bells, and are in union. All these deities are merely interdependent appearances, like dreams and illusions, playful displays of compassion, arising from the self-radiance of the main deity. All the deities of the east are the self-radiance of mirror-like wisdom, with white body color. Those of the south are the self-radiance of equanimity wisdom, with yellow body color. Those of the west are the self-radiance of discriminating wisdom, with red body color. Those of the north are the self-radiance of accomplishing wisdom, with green body color. In the intermediate directions, the self-lights of the five wisdoms intermingle. The five families of Amitayus are all in sambhogakaya attire. The deities of the eight manifestations are in accordance with the general sadhana texts. The thousand and two Buddhas of the Fortunate Aeon have ushnishas on their heads and wheels on their feet, etc., possessing the characteristics of nirmanakaya, wearing the three dharma robes. The main deity has a body color of five lights. All these deities hold vases in their left hands and arrows and banners in their right hands, thereby summoning all the essence of life in existence. Appearances are unceasing, the deities and body colors are each clearly distinct. Grasping is unestablished, the main deity and retinue are without separation. The nature of appearance and emptiness, unborn, inexpressible. The central Protector Amitayus, formed from the fire of the five wisdom lights, has the attire of sambhogakaya. In its four root chakras and the three main channels that generate them, the right channel, Roma, is white, the left channel, Kyangma, is red, and the central channel, Uma, is blue. At its crown, in the tube of the five wisdom lights, are Vajra heroes and heroines.
