And, Please have unwavering faith, and let your mind, in its innate state of luminosity, rest for a moment. Thus, rest for a moment. Then, may the samaya being of the empowerment deity dissolve into nectar, and through this torma, may the wish-fulfilling jewel, the king of increasing power, from which all siddhis arise, bring forth all that is desired. The root mantra and, Om Jñana Dakini Sarva Siddhi Phala Hoḥ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཌཱ་ཀི་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ jñāna ḍāki sarva siddhi phala hoḥ，汉语字面意思：Om, Wisdom, Dakini, All, Accomplishment, Grant, Hoḥ). Recite the Ye Dharma once. In order to examine the signs of accomplishment, without thinking of good or bad, allow the disciple to take it without hesitation, or, the guru closes his eyes, takes the accomplishment from the torma, and gives it to the disciple. Then, if one obtains from the top of the torma up to four fingers, one obtains the supreme accomplishment. Similarly, if one obtains the right corner, it is speech vajra. If one obtains the left corner, it is body vajra. If one obtains the back corner, it is mind vajra. If one obtains all, it is prophesied that one will obtain wisdom vajra. After that, from the east of the four fingers is pacifying, from the south is increasing, from the west is magnetizing, from the north is wrathful. If one obtains all, all actions will be accomplished. After that, from the east of the four fingers is lineage, from the south is life and wealth, from the west is food and riches, from the north is retinue and disciples. Those who obtain all will rule over all lands, Fame will arise like the sun and moon. After that, at the base of the torma, from the east, men gather, accomplishing activities with fragrance and food, and repeatedly manifesting clairvoyance. From the south, women gather, Yama Raja accomplishes activities, with great power and strength. From the west, wealth and livestock increase, the Naga King accomplishes activities, and one has power over those activities. From the north, mantra practitioners and all races gather, the Theurang and the eight classes together accomplish activities, and the power of activities is great. If one does not obtain it, an empty mouth appears, and if there is a wound and bleeding in the mouth, liquid flows from the mouth, and if stones and wood, arrowheads and inauspicious objects appear in the mouth, it indicates that there will be various non-virtues in this life, and in the next life one will fall into the lower realms, and one will encounter inharmonious obstacles and adverse conditions such as curses and suppressions. Now that you have well received the sequence of empowerment and blessings of the Dakini Lion-faced Mother's torma, in order to uphold this as its samaya, and with the intention to protect the samaya properly, please repeat. 敬献。祈请您摄受为弟子，也请享用供品。献曼扎。弟子离开后，后续仪轨按照通常做法。此乃追随往昔具量灌顶仪轨，以自梦中所获为基础，噶玛阿Ra嘎迅速于一坐间写成备忘录。书写此等错谬之处，于空行狮面母前忏悔。书写此等善根，愿我与我有关联之众生，特别是获得此灌顶者，此生蒙狮面空行母摄受，所作四种事业无有阻碍，光明本初之实相显现，何时从此地迁逝之时，三处空行母之海众，降下伞盖、胜幢、鲜花雨，伴随虹光、地动、乐器之声，为能轻易引导至邬金空行大乐刹土而回向。法性本初清净普贤佛母，有法因果不虚之谛实，狮面空行母本尊众之谛实力，如是所发之愿不虚成就。萨瓦芒嘎拉姆。 口传伏藏双运空行狮面母之朵玛灌顶梦授。

Whatever mistakes were made in writing this, I confess before the Lion-faced Dakini. By whatever root of virtue was written, may all beings connected to me, especially those who receive this empowerment, be cared for by the Lion-faced Dakini in this life, may the four activities they undertake be unimpeded, may the reality of primordial luminosity be manifested, and when the time comes to pass from this place, may the ocean of Dakini assemblies in the three places, shower umbrellas, victory banners, and flowers, accompanied by rainbows, earthquakes, and the sound of musical instruments, may they dedicate it to easily lead to the blissful realm of Oddiyana Khechara. Dharmata, primordially pure Samantabhadri, the truth of the infallible cause and effect of phenomena, and the power of the truth of the Lion-faced Dakini's deity assembly, may this aspiration be fulfilled without fail.
