Also erect a parasol and silk umbrella, and decorate it beautifully. Finally, surround it with offerings, and at the same time as generating oneself and generating in front, generate the upper part of the torma as a Dakini and the lower part as offerings. If it can be accomplished extensively, as it appears from other sources such as self-generation, it is excellent. Then, bathe the disciple and offer the mandala. Now, the history of this is: The mother who gives birth to all Buddhas of the three times, Vajravarahi herself, dwells in the charnel ground of Oddiyana in the west, which is extremely blazing. With a mind of great peace, she subdues and takes care of all the retinue, the flesh-eating dakinis of wisdom and samaya. At the time when the five degenerations are rampant, all the retinue, the mother dakinis, the flesh-eating workers, are happy to kill and have no compassion. They are greedy for flesh and blood, harm all sentient beings, and cannot be subdued by peace. They go to the cool grove charnel ground and turn the great wheel of the assembly. Now, she has become the lion-faced one, and the sky and earth collide, Mount Meru is thrown far away, the sun and moon fall to the ground, the ocean is turned upside down in the sky, and the body is three times larger than Mount Meru. The sound of speech shakes the three thousand worlds. May the wisdom of the mind gather all appearances and existences into one! In particular, just as the lion's roar subdues all wild beasts, may the mother dakinis, the eight classes of gods and demons, all be subdued and brought under control, and may they be sent to the work of subduing and taking care of them, and may they listen to orders and obey! May countless dakinis emanate from the pores of the body, more than billions of millions, and may they accomplish immeasurable benefits for sentient beings! As soon as this aspiration was made, Vajravarahi herself transformed into the dakini lion-faced mother, and the earth shook in six ways, and immeasurable light, sound, and miracles occurred.
