思维时，如甚深精要般念诵祈请成就之词。修法所依之金刚橛，以及长寿穗，安立于三处。享用长寿丸和酒。之后忏悔。稳固安住如前仪轨。如上师、本尊之类的回向发愿。从口中说出开始，广作吉祥之语。如果需要补缺，则需寂静火供念修的十分之一，如成熟次第中所说的一切即可。又如关联安立念修一个月者，念诵两周，修持两周，事业一天，长寿修法约三天。此乃已得传承之化身法王仁波切，吉祥持明恒常金刚，为修行明示，由库萨里慧无边敬献，善妙增长。萨尔瓦达芒嘎朗。（梵文天城体，Sarvadā maṅgalaṃ，梵文罗马拟音，Sarvadā maṅgalaṃ，一切吉祥！） 口耳传承精要金刚橛之念修笔记。慧无边。

While contemplating, recite the words that urge accomplishment, like the profound essence. Place the Vajrakila that supports the practice, and the longevity spike, in the three places. Enjoy longevity pills and alcohol. Then confess. The stable abiding continues as before. Dedication and aspiration prayers like those to the Lama and Yidam. Beginning with what is spoken from the mouth, make extensive auspicious utterances. If completion is needed, then one-tenth of the peaceful fire offering recitation and practice is required, as it is sufficient according to all that is said in the ripening sequence. Also, for something like a connected establishment recitation and practice of one month, recitation for two weeks, practice for two weeks, activity for one day, and longevity practice for about three days. This, having received the lineage, was offered as a clarification of practice by Kusali Lodro Thaye (Kusali Blo-gros Mtha'-yas) to the emanation Dharma King Rinpoche, glorious Immortal Constant Vajra, may goodness and excellence increase.
