Without touching the mat with the lower part, join the soles of the feet together and place the buttocks on the heels, with the thumbs pressing against the mat. With both hands, press the pulse of the index finger with the thumbs and clench the fists. Place them on the knees and bend the body slightly. Exhale forcefully from the mouth with a "Ha" sound, curling the whole body and causing the abdomen to tremble. Then rest and repeat this twice more, for a total of three times. Then: The yogi sits comfortably, eats like a bird, and inhales forcefully. Until the belly is full, do it in moderation. Thus, sitting comfortably, visualize blue flames appearing one by one in the sky of the three realms, and the body being filled with blue flames. Inhale a little of the lower air. Inhale with a "Hoop" sound from the mouth, filling the abdomen until it is bulging, and press down on the upper air, holding the breath. When it becomes unbearable, exhale slowly. This is the main practice of meditation, so do it many times. Also, if you feel thirsty or something, visualize in the sky one arrow-length in front of you, the accomplished Zahabhir, with a dark blue body, the soles of his feet joined together, his hands on his knees, making the earth-touching mudra, with a full moon as a backdrop. Visualize nectar with white and red radiance dripping like dew from all the pores of his body, like accomplished mercury. Inhale through the mouth, visualizing all the nectar turning bluish-gray, and the inside of the body being completely filled with the immortal wisdom nectar. Obtain an immortal life, an undiminishing youth, constant and stable, without destruction, becoming a vajra body. Visualize all the pores of the body also dripping with nectar, and hold the breath several times. The subsequent practice is: Through the practice of closing the four doors and the practice of the nine-section wind wheel, all head diseases can be cleared and all eye blurriness can be eliminated. The same applies to other senses. The meaning of this is to block both ears with the thumbs of the hands, block both eyes with the index fingers, block both nostrils with the middle fingers, and block the mouth with the ring fingers and little fingers, that is, close the four doors, hold the breath, three times in the right nostril, three times in the left nostril, and again three times to the right. Taking the eyes as an example, it can treat cataracts, blurred vision, etc.

Visualize all eye diseases flowing out of the eyes in the form of pus and being carried away by the wind, then open your eyes. Do not clear the others, leave them as they are. If you cannot bear it, clear them and exhale slowly through the nostrils. By doing this, let others also know. The benefits of practicing like this are stated in the scriptures: 'Yogis who strive in this way, all forms of disease are purified, unpolluted bliss increases, and they will surely attain the state of immortality.' It is also said: 'This brow wind, for three weeks, should be practiced by abstaining from other foods. Then gradually for six months, practice will accomplish immortality.' My Western guru, by practicing this for six months, attained the siddhi of not being harmed by fire and water. I am of low intelligence and lack diligence, but by practicing for seven days, much faith and wonder arose. As it is said, first like seven days, cut off the elaborations of food and drink, and practice without counting sessions or quantity, and you will experience that all diseases are purified. Then after becoming accustomed, if you continue for six months, you will surely attain the siddhi of immortality. This is the longevity practice transmitted from the Siddha Dzahabhir, as permitted by the kind Vajradhara Sonam Chöpel, written in quick draft by Lharik Ashar's Pandit Jamyang Ngakgi Wangchuk Gyaltsen Rabten at the residence of the supreme guru, Dromo Lung (Bhutan). May this also cause all sentient beings to attain the state of immortality. Sarva Da Mangalam! The lineage of perfectly receiving this practice with its scriptures is: Padmasambhava, Mahasiddha Dzahabhir, Brahmanatha, Manikatha, Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, Phakchok Jampa Kalzang, Vajradhara Wangchuk Rabten, Khyabdag Shalupa, the Great Fifth Dalai Lama, Rigdzin Pema Trinle, Mormo Chen Kunga Lhundrup, Nesasarwa Legpai Jungne, Sachen Kunga Lodrö, Rigdzin Chokle Namgyal, Choktrul Rinpoche Jampa Ngawang Tenzin Nyendrak, Omniscient Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, who bestowed it upon me, Lodrö Thaye.
