By entrusting the Vajra vessel, it is believed that the four activities will be quickly accomplished, and one will gain mastery over the activity of fire puja. Entrusting the vessel, recite: Om, by the activity of Vajra nectar, for the sake of perfecting the benefit of oneself and others, by the union of Vajra fire, pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful activities will manifest, and all unchanging great bliss and wisdom will be accomplished. It is said in the scriptures that for common and specific activities, one should also impart the respective instructions. If possible, after the empowerments, it seems good to connect the transmission of the respective methods of practice briefly. By entrusting the Dharma conch, bell, and scriptures into the hands, one should believe that one has received the empowerment to take care of fortunate disciples and engage in unbiased benefit for beings. From now on, you, my son, with the conch of the four means of attraction, with the great sound of the Dharma bell, awaken all sentient beings. Vajra Bhasha Gandhe Dharma Chakra Kuru Hum (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). After giving the subsequent permissions, in this way, through these, the root and branches of the ripening empowerment of the glorious Vajra nectar, one of all the treasures under the land of Tibet, have been perfectly accomplished. Therefore, thinking to protect the vows contained in the root and branches properly, repeat after me: Whatever the Guru has said, I will remember it well. Even if my life is at stake, I will practice it. Please always bless me. Recite three times. As a token of gratitude for receiving the complete empowerment, I offer the mandala. Thinking to offer body and possessions without attachment, repeat after me: From now until the essence of enlightenment, I am the servant of the Guru.
