不必依赖听闻声音等推断，对于疾病的体性、因缘，所治疗的药物的体性、味道、功能、消化后的作用，以及放血、烧灼等治疗方法中，温和、粗暴、中等三种，哪种适合什么情况，全部清晰地显现在心中，对于众生如疾病般显现的一切，包括遍计所执、依他起、圆成实，都有治疗的能力。仅仅听到名字或见到，也能消除众生的疾病痛苦，并且加持未来连疾病的名字也不再出现。金刚弟子，此人所做的一切都能顺利成就，请加持！所做的一切都能利益他人，请加持！在众多医生中，能像胜利幢顶般显耀，请加持！凡是结缘者都能具有意义，请加持！成为三界众生的救护，请加持！彻底根除三种毒素的病根，请加持！最终能掌握长寿甘露的成就，获得普贤药王原始怙主的果位，利益众生如虚空般无边无际，请加持！如此祈祷后，上方的仙人传承的历代上师全部化为光，融入色夏三兄弟。这三位化为光，融入你的头顶，愿你对慈悲、加持、神通等一切，生起与仙人智慧无别的信心！ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ （藏文，梵文 देवनागरी，梵文罗马 इः हुं वां होः，汉语字面意思 扎 吽 旺 伙）。这是本尊心咒和吉祥祈愿。如此，按照单传或非单传的仪轨，圆满完成了交付仙人色夏三兄弟智慧的仪式。因此，对于修持所依和普巴修持的口诀，连一点点内容也不要告诉他人，要像守护大秘密的印章一样，守护誓言。想着要如法守护誓言，就跟着念诵。如主尊如何等，按照灌顶后的共同仪轨进行。供施食子，进行净化。用三字和阿嘎绕加持。念诵本尊咒语。 ཨི་དཾ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི་（藏文，梵文 देवनागरी，梵文罗马 इदं बलिंता खा खा खा हि खा हि，汉语字面意思 此食供 享用 享用 享用）。念诵三遍后供献。以供养、布施食子等委托事业。以“未获得”等忏悔过失。如果坛城存在，则进行坚住仪轨，如果不存在，则祈请返回本位。进行回向、发愿和吉祥祈愿。如此这般进行灌顶，是仙人的教言，只能传给具有利他精神的弟子。

Without relying on inferences such as hearing sounds, may the essence of diseases, their causes and conditions, the essence of curative medicines, their taste, potency, post-digestive effect, and all the types of treatments such as bloodletting and moxibustion, including gentle, harsh, and moderate approaches, be clearly manifest in the mind as needed. May the power to heal all appearances of beings as diseases, including the imputed, dependent, and perfectly established, be such that merely hearing the name or seeing can alleviate the suffering of beings' diseases. And may you be blessed so that even the name of disease does not arise in the future. May whatever this vajra disciple does be accomplished on the path. May whatever is done be for the benefit of others. May you become like the crest jewel of a victory banner among many doctors. May all connections be meaningful. May you become a refuge for the three realms. May you eradicate the root of the three poisons. Finally, having mastered the accomplishment of the elixir of life, may you attain the state of Kuntuzangpo, the primordial protector, the king of medicine, and benefit sentient beings as vast as space. Having prayed in this way, all the lamas of the lineage of the righteous ones above dissolve into light and merge into the three brothers Serkya. These three dissolve into light and merge into the crown of your head. May you have faith in compassion, blessings, and all clairvoyance, equal to the wisdom of the righteous ones. ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman इः हुं वां होः, Chinese literal meaning: Dza Hum Vam Hoh). This is the heart essence of the deity and auspicious prayers. Therefore, do not speak to others even a little about the instructions for the support of accomplishment and the accomplishment of Phurba. Guard the vows like guarding the seal of great secrecy. Thinking of guarding the vows properly, repeat after me. As the main deity, etc., do as in the general post-initiation ritual. Purify the torma offering. Bless with the three syllables and Akaros. For the recitation mantra: ཨི་དཾ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman इदं बलिंता खा खा खा हि खा हि, Chinese literal meaning: This food offering, enjoy, enjoy, enjoy). Offer three times. Entrust the activities with offerings, generosity, torma, etc. Confess transgressions with "not obtained", etc. If there is a support, perform the stable abiding ritual. If not, request to depart. Perform dedication, aspiration, and auspicious prayers. Such an empowerment is the teaching of the righteous ones, which should only be given to disciples with altruistic spirit.

有甚深禁制。据说，传给他人时，自己的修持要重修七天左右。以无虚假的现量智，点划（明点）。愿此将一切众生从疾病的痛苦中，救度众生的大仙人们，安置于平等之吉祥中。这是噶玛·阿旺·云丹嘉措·洛哲塔耶（业语功德海，慧无边）在德威果地的寂静处所作的，与心髓灌顶大小仪轨相关的部分阐明，愿善妙增上！！ 从布让（今阿里地区普兰县）的银斗中，取出仙人塞迦三兄弟的明觉交付仪轨，名为《明见之镜》。慧无边。

There is a profound restriction. It is said that when transmitting it to others, one's own practice should be repeated for about seven days. Having applied the bindu (dot) with unfalsified direct perception wisdom, may this place all beings, along with the great sages who liberate beings from the suffering of disease, in the glory of equality. This was done by Karma Ngawang Yonten Gyatso Lodro Thaye, clarifying the parts related to the major and minor empowerment rituals of the Heart Essence, in the solitary retreat of Devi Koṭi. May virtue and excellence increase!! From the silver bushel of Burang (present-day Purang County, Ngari Prefecture), the ritual of entrusting the awareness of the three brothers, the Sages Serkya, is taken, called "The Mirror of Clear Vision."
