He has the power to point fingers at demons and evil spirits, without relying on divination and astrology, he can judge life and death, good and bad, without relying on tantras, commentaries, and oral instructions, his medical knowledge is naturally open and clear. May this instruction, the wish-fulfilling jewel, which possesses such three special qualities, meet with a destined one! This praise was bestowed by the noble Nagarjuna upon the great teacher Padmasambhava. He gave it to the sovereign Trisong Detsen in Tibet. He hid it inside the sky pillar of Samye Monastery, and it was taken out and practiced by Brangti Gyalnye Kharbu, thus it was accomplished, and unmistakable signs appeared. Abhisekha HUM (Tibetan: ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ), place the vase on the crown of the head and give the vase water. By empowering in this way, the impurities of the body are purified, and you obtain the life of immortality. Show the mirror, like this, on the pure surface of the mirror, although there is no image, due to the power of dependent origination, various images will appear, and that which appears and appears is also emptiness, the nature of which is not established. Similarly, your own mind, the essence of which is emptiness, the nature of which is luminosity, due to the cause of action, various appearances of thoughts and discriminations will arise. However, just as it arises, the nature is not established, know that it is the union of appearance and emptiness, and rest in that state for a while. In the self-aware, stainless mirror, all phenomena of samsara and nirvana appear, know that there is no acceptance or rejection, and do not give it to the power of confusion. Thus, introducing the nature of mind purifies the defilements of mind. Generate the realization of self-born wisdom, visualize that all appearances are clearly known, and generate the manifest wisdom of mind. This is the empowerment of the mind mirror. Then, with all these objects of practice, empower and entrust you. From now on, strive to practice the three righteous ones. Thus give the transmission of practice. Then take the established white torma body image, and visualize that this torma is the actual manifestation of the three great hermits, Serkya brothers, and on the upper part, the lineage masters of the vidyadhara lineage also reside like dense clouds, blessing the continuum. Place the torma on the head, Bhagavan Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru, King of Lapis Lazuli Light, the five wisdoms, and the four assemblies of petitioners, etc., the lineage masters of the righteous ones, as well as the three Serkya brothers, and also the gods who enjoy clairvoyance and the female hermits and their retinues, all of you should help this vajra disciple to heal the diseases of sentient beings, wherever you see
