于北方能赐予医卜之，所有医药仙人皆忆念。 三位天女具妙龄之相，极其美丽，赏心悦目，青春焕发。 以珍珠璎珞点缀，以鲜花编织的花鬘，以乌 উৎপལ་（梵文：utpala，乌 উৎপལ་）花朵编织腰带。 以各种珍宝装饰，身穿白色丝绸衣裳，以朱砂细点点缀。 饰以青蓝色美丽发髻，手持珍贵金柄，以绿松石细点装饰。 右手摇动白海螺，使修行者生起神通，左手持着明亮镜子，清晰地照见一切显现。 或者手持药方，遣除众生的疾病。此外，天、龙、药三者的，所有具神通者如云般涌现，观想无余圆满。 如是观想自身与对生本尊，心间的光芒照耀十方，从各自的处所迎请，融入所修的依处。 奏响音乐，焚烧白色香料，发出桑烟，祈请： 嗟！从法界中迎请，佛陀药王慈悲之主，为利有情，祈请降临，顶礼、供养、祈求成就。 嗟！从自性法界中迎请，智慧天女三姐妹降临，从虚空法界的坛城中，药女三姐妹降临。 从冈底斯（冈仁波齐峰，位于西藏阿里地区）圣地，幻化天女三姐妹降临，从天界殊胜圣地，智慧童子白尊降临。 以信心和誓言的恳切之心，如幼子呼唤母亲般，以清亮的声音呼唤我。 不要散乱到其他地方，以恳切的心呼唤我，现在降临到这修行之地，现在降临到这供养之地，现在降临到这侍奉之地，现在降临到这精华和所依处。 降临到银镜的光芒中，降临到白海螺的声音中，降临到糌粑炒面和青稞酒的精华中，为了享用药物、谷物和珍宝，各种供品而降临。 药女三姐妹和智慧童子白尊，忆念往昔的誓言，无碍迅速地降临到此地。 嗟！以此智慧神树的烟供，供养药神和仙人，

Thinking of all the hermits of medicine who can give medical predictions in the north. The three goddesses are youthful in appearance, extremely beautiful, pleasing, and full of youth. Adorned with pearl necklaces, garlands of interwoven flowers, and belts of arranged utpala flowers. Adorned with various precious ornaments, wearing white silk garments, with streaks of vermilion dots. Adorned with beautiful bluish-black hair buns, holding precious gold handles in their hands, adorned with turquoise dots. With the right hand, the changing white conch shell causes clairvoyance to arise in the practitioner. In the left hand, a mirror of clear light is held, clearly showing all phenomena. Or holding a medical formula, it eliminates the diseases of beings. Furthermore, all those with clairvoyance from the gods, nagas, and medicines gather like clouds, contemplating them completely and perfectly. Thus, the light from the heart of both myself and the visualized deity radiates in all directions, inviting them from their respective places, and they dissolve into the object of meditation. Playing music, burning white incense, and sending up smoke, I pray: Kye! I invite you from the realm of Dharma, Buddha, Medicine King, Lord of Compassion, please come for the benefit of beings, I prostrate, offer, and request accomplishments. Kye! I invite you from the realm of self-nature, the three wisdom goddess sisters come, from the mandala of the sphere of space, the three medicine goddess sisters come. From the sacred place of Mount Kailash, the three emanation goddess sisters come, from the supreme sacred place of the gods, the white wisdom young boy comes. With faith, vows, and heartfelt compassion, like a young child calling to its mother, I call to myself with a clear voice. Without being distracted to other places, I call to myself with a sincere heart, now come to this place of practice, now come to this place of offering, now come to this place of service, now come to this essence and support. Come to the radiance of the white silver mirror, come to the sound of the white conch shell, come to the essence of roasted barley flour and barley beer, come to enjoy the medicine, grains, and precious jewels, various offerings. The three medicine goddess sisters and the white wisdom young boy, remember the vows of the past, come to this place without hindrance and quickly. Kye!
