以忿怒金翅鸟的盔甲护身，念诵吉祥祈愿文：吽 (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，hūṃ，吽)！ 佛法僧三宝皆吉祥， 白昼吉祥夜晚也吉祥， 三宝之吉祥为何， 殊胜吉祥愿今日亦吉祥！ 以智慧慈悲力量之象征，黄白蓝， 手持象征功德事业之手印， 三族怙主之吉祥为何， 殊胜吉祥愿今日亦吉祥！ 如世尊金刚手， 身语意三密具威力， 消除三门过患之吉祥为何， 殊胜吉祥愿今日亦吉祥！ 如秘密主金刚手， 以心化现之忿怒金翅鸟之威力， 调伏一切邪魔之吉祥为何， 殊胜吉祥愿今日亦吉祥！ 胜利！胜利！成就！成就！圆满！圆满！如是等广说。 一切猛咒中，金刚手为最。 彼中金翅鸟，亦属同一族。 以极深广著称且成就故， 五部合一更何须赘言。 以此亦能将末世恶毒之丛莽， 以明咒威力焚烧殆尽， 以极威严之金刚杵，战胜三界之， 魔障，愿我成就威力之主！ 此教言之传承及阐释之文献极为稀少，且见根本之法本亦难于实修，故时轮之咒师化身莲花舞自在事业调伏力，于八蚌（དཔལ་སྤུངས，Palyul）之寂静处擦扎仁钦扎（ཙ་འདྲ་རིན་ཆེན་བྲག）之修行地普贤德林（ཀུན་བཟང་བདེ་གླིང་）书写，愿善妙增盛！ 秘密主金刚手金翅鸟秘密极精要之事业灌顶仪轨合集——忿怒心髓。莲花舞自在事业。

Yellow, white, and blue as symbols of wisdom, compassion, and power, Holding mudras that represent qualities and activities, Whatever auspiciousness of the Three Family Protectors there is, May that supreme auspiciousness be auspicious here today! Just as the Bhagavan Vajrapani, With the power and might of the three secrets of body, speech, and mind, Whatever auspiciousness there is that destroys the faults of the three doors, May that supreme auspiciousness be auspicious here today! Just as the secret lord Vajrapani, Through the power of the wrathful Garuda, an emanation of his mind, Whatever auspiciousness there is that subdues all enemies and obstacles, May that supreme auspiciousness be auspicious here today! Victory! Victory! Accomplishment! Accomplishment! Fulfillment! Fulfillment! Thus, and so on, speak extensively. Among all wrathful mantras, Vajrapani is supreme. From that, even one of the Garuda Sham family, Is extremely profound, renowned, and accomplished. What need is there to mention the union of the five families? May this also become the cause for burning all the thickets of the degenerate and malicious of the degenerate age, With the power of knowledge and mantra, And by wielding the supremely majestic vajra, may I become the master of the power and strength of victory over the demons of the three realms!
