Poisonous disease, poisonous breath. May all those poisons and others be pacified in an instant. When taking away things more precious than myself, do not harm me. May the thought of harming be pacified, and look upon me with the mind of a parent. At the end of this, the Ye Dharma (Tibetan: ཡེ་དྷརྨཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ये धर्मा, Sanskrit Romanization: ye dharmā, literal meaning: all dharmas), do not commit any evil deeds, practice perfect virtue, subdue your own mind, this is the teaching of the Buddha. Thus, perform whatever Dharma giving is possible. For the sake of purifying the obscurations of the nagas, Namo Ratna Trayaya (Tibetan: ན་མོ་རཏྣ་ཏྲ་ཡཱ་ཡ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमो रत्नत्रयाय, Sanskrit Romanization: namo ratna trayāya, literal meaning: Homage to the Triple Gem). Limbs weakened and parts diminished, may those weakened bodies be healed. The falling of gravel from the sky, and the fear of naked young children of flesh and blood, may those harms be pacified. For those afflicted by suffering and disease, may this become the supreme medicine. For those frightened and alarmed by fear, may this become the supreme protector and refuge. For those tormented by poverty, may this become the glory of all desires. For those afflicted by hunger and thirst, may this become the supreme food and drink. For those who find evil paths while walking, may this become the supreme guide. For those shrouded in the darkness of ignorance, may this become the supreme light. For those seized by the messengers of Yama, may this become the supreme immortality. In short, whatever is needed by anyone, may it arise without interruption. Thus, and also, the places and palaces of you nagas, spirits, and earth lords being destroyed, and digging up the earth spirits and shaking the stone spirits, cutting down the tree spirits and splitting the rock spirits, digging up the meadows and covering the springs, killing fish and frogs and destroying ant nests, cutting off limbs and piercing horns and hooves, defiling with impure dirt, etc., whatever sickness and suffering you have due to the faults of offenses, may it be healed by this nectar medicine of the ocean of offering, giving, and torma. 一切病痛都消除，衰败的身体恢复且增长，所有肢体都变得安乐。从三恶道中解脱出来，拥有梵天的安乐。修习佛法，调伏诸根后，愿能见到金刚手菩萨的尊容。如是等等发愿后，将光蕴融入于无所缘中。再次念诵：以咒语和药物等的加持力，疾病和一切损害都消除，铭记恩情和誓言，各自返回自己的住所。嗡 纳嘎 萨帕 瑞瓦ra 嘎恰。（藏文：ཨོཾ་ནཱ་ག་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་གཙྪ།，梵文天城体：ओँ नाग सप रिवर गच्छ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ nāga sapa rivāra gaccha，汉语字面意思：嗡，龙，眷属，去。）以此遣送白色一方。以鹏鸟的印束缚，除了从世间事业成就的教令和誓言外，所有恶毒的龙，都回到各自的住所。嗡 嘎汝达 吽 萨 嘿 匝 勒 匝 勒 梭哈。（藏文：ཨོཾ་ག་རུ་ཊ་ཧཾ་ས་ཧེ་ཙ་ལེ་ཙ་ལེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओँ गरुड हँ स हे च ले च ले स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ garuḍa hūṃ sa he ca le ca le svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，迦楼罗，吽，萨，嘿，匝列，匝列，梭哈。）以此驱逐黑色一方，并将朵玛丢弃在干净的地方。以我之意念力，以及如来之布施力，和法界之力的加持，为了供养圣众和利益有情，所有心中所想之事，所有这些都如所愿，毫无阻碍地成就。如是先说真实语，再以祈愿吉祥语作结尾。此名为《龙朵玛·如意宝》，是应具德比丘洛萨嘉措的请求，按照具传承的古籍之意，由坚固金刚书写，笔者是具足智慧之财的种姓之子坚固如意成就所作。

May all illnesses be eliminated, may the deteriorated body be restored and grow, may all limbs become comfortable. Having been liberated from the three lower realms, may you possess the bliss of Brahma. Having tamed the senses through practicing the Dharma, may I behold the face of Vajrapani. After making such aspirations, dissolve the sphere of light into non-objectification. Again, recite: By the blessings of mantras and medicines, may all diseases and harms be dispelled. Remember the kindness and vows, and return to your respective abodes. Om Naga Saparivara Gaccha. (藏文：ཨོཾ་ནཱ་ག་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་གཙྪ།，梵文天城体：ओँ नाग सप रिवर गच्छ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ nāga sapa rivāra gaccha，汉语字面意思：Om, Naga, with retinue, go.) With this, the white side departs. Bind with the Garuda mudra, all malevolent nagas, except for those who have accomplished deeds from existence, return to your respective abodes. Om Garuda Hum Sa He Tsale Tsale Svaha. (藏文：ཨོཾ་ག་རུ་ཊ་ཧཾ་ས་ཧེ་ཙ་ལེ་ཙ་ལེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओँ गरुड हँ स हे च ले च ले स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ garuḍa hūṃ sa he ca le ca le svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om, Garuda, Hum, Sa, He, Tsale, Tsale, Svaha.) Having expelled the black side, discard the torma in a clean place. By the power of my thought, and the power of the Tathagata's generosity, and the power of the Dharmadhatu, for the purpose of offering to the noble ones and benefiting sentient beings, may all the intentions that are in my mind, may all of these be accomplished as desired, without any hindrance. Thus, precede with the utterance of truth, and conclude with auspicious prayers. This is called "Naga Torma, Wish-Fulfilling Jewel," written by Gyurme Dorje at the request of the virtuous monk Losal Gyatso, according to the meaning of authentic ancient texts. The scribe is Gyurme Yizhin Lekdrup, a son of lineage endowed with the wealth of discriminating wisdom.
