་གསུང་ཐུགས་སུ་ཤེས་ཤིང་གོམས་པར་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལམ་གྱི་མདོ་ཆིང་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་སྟེ། དེ་ལྟར་བརྩོན་པས་དངོས་གྲུབ་རྣམ་གཉིས་མྱུར་དུ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་བའི་ཚུལ་སོགས་རྒྱས་པར་གཞུང་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཚིག་རྐང་བླ་མའི་མན་ངག་གིས་ཕྱེ་བའི་རྗེས་སུ་འབྲངས་ནས་ཤེས་པར་བྱ་ཞིང་། ལས་དང་པོ་པ་ལ་དམིགས་པའི་རིམ་པ་འདི་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཀྱང་དོན་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །མདོར་ན་གཞུང་རྩ་བ་ལས། དེ་ལྟར་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཟབ་པའི་བཅུད༔ ཁྲག་འཐུང་བདེ་ཆེན་རྣམ་རོལ་པའི༔ ལུང་དང་ཏནྟྲ་མང་པོའི་དོན༔ བསྒོམས་པས་མྱུར་དུ་འཚང་རྒྱ་བའི༔ མན་ངག་གནད་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོ་འདི༔ ཨོ་རྒྱན་བདག་གི་ཐུགས་ཁྲག་སྟེ༔ བརྗོད་པར་དཀའ་བ་ཉིད་ཡིན་ཀྱང༔ མངའ་བདག་ཡབ་སྲས་སྐུ་ཆེ་ཞིང༔ མཚོ་རྒྱལ་ཞབས་ཏོག་ཆེ་བ་དང༔ རྗེ་འབངས་གྲོགས་རྣམས་དམ་ཚིག་ཆེ༔ དེ་ཕྱིར་ཐུགས་དམ་སྙིང་པོར་གདམས༔ ཞེས་གསུངས་པ་ལྟར་བདག་ལེགས་སུ་འདོད་པའི་སྐལ་བཟང་རྣམ་དཔྱོད་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་འདི་ཁོ་ན་ཉམས་ལེན་སྙིང་པོར་མཛད་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཞེས་པའང་གྲུབ་མཐའ་རིས་མེད་པའི་སྐྱེས་ཆེན་དམ་པ་མང་དུ་འདུས་པ་ལ་ལམ་འདིའི་དམིགས་ཁྲིད་རྫོགས་པར་ཕུལ་བའི་སྐབས། མཚོ་སྐྱེས་བླ་མ་དགྱེས་པའི་འབངས་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོས་རང་འདྲའི་བློ་ གྲོས་ཤིན་ཏུ་དམན་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕན་པའི་བསམ་པས་བྲིས་པ་སྟེ། དགེ་བས་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་གསུམ་གྱི་འགྲོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀའི་གོ་འཕང་ལ་མྱུར་དུ་འགོད་པའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིག །མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། བླ་མའི་ཐུགས་སྒྲུབ་བར་ཆད་ཀུན་སེལ་ལས་དཔལ་ཡང་དག་ཧེ་རུ་ཀའི་རིམ་གཉིས་རྒྱུན་གྱི་རྣལ་འབྱོར། མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོ།

了知并熟习上师的语、意，是无上道之精要。如是精进，速疾获得二种成就之理等，应追随以金刚句和上师口诀开显的论典而了知。对于初学者而言，仅此次第亦能成办义利。总而言之，根本论典中云：“如是甚深之精要，饮血大乐之游舞，诸多续部之义理，修持速疾得菩提，口诀要义之精华，乃邬金吾之命脉，虽难以言说，然为具德父子大士，及侍奉海生者，与师徒眷属具大誓言者，故以心髓付嘱。”如是所说，欲求自利之具缘智者，当以此为修持之精要。此乃于众多不分教派之大德云集之际，圆满献上此道之引导时，海生上师欢喜之眷属钦哲旺波，以自之微劣智慧，为利益他人而书写。愿以此善根，令三界一切众生速疾安立于吉祥黑汝嘎之果位。吉祥圆满！ 上师意修遣除一切障碍中，吉祥真实黑汝嘎之二次第相续瑜伽。钦哲旺波。

Understanding and familiarizing oneself with the speech and mind of the Guru is the supreme essence of the path. By striving in this way, the manner of swiftly attaining the two siddhis, etc., should be understood by following the treatises that reveal the vajra words and Guru's instructions. For beginners, even this much of the sequence will accomplish the purpose. In short, the root text states: "Such a profound essence, the dance of great bliss, the blood-drinker, the meaning of many tantras, by meditating on it, quickly attain enlightenment, this essence of key instructions, is the lifeblood of Orgyen me, although it is difficult to express, but for the great masters, father and son, and those who serve the Ocean-Born One, and the disciples and companions with great samaya, therefore, I entrust this heart essence." As it is said, those fortunate and wise ones who desire their own benefit should make this alone the essence of their practice. This was written by Khyentse Wangpo, a servant pleasing to the Ocean-Born Guru, with his own meager wisdom, for the benefit of others, when fully offering the guidance of this path to a gathering of many great beings without sectarian distinctions. May this virtue swiftly establish all beings of the three realms in the state of Shri Heruka. May there be auspiciousness!
