Perform the Vajra recitation of the earth. Then, visualize the lower end of the central channel where the three channels converge, with the A syllable (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) about to blaze like fire, and the upper end with the Hūṃ syllable (藏文:ཧྃ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) clearly visualized with its head pointing downwards. Through the practice of vase breathing, fire blazes from the A syllable (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) at the navel center, burning away all impurities of the elements. Finally, when the fire touches the Hūṃ syllable (藏文:ཧྃ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) at the crown of the head, nectar descends, filling the four chakras. The essence gathers at the Hūṃ syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) in the heart, and inconceivable wisdom of warmth and bliss arises. Contemplate this and rest in a state of clear awareness without grasping. Secondly, the illusory body as the basis of the path: In general, establish that all phenomena of samsara and nirvana are represented by the eight similes of illusion. In particular, examine praise, blame, attachment, hatred, etc., as if they were reflections in a mirror. Especially in both meditative and post-meditative states, practice diligently the samadhi in which all appearances are like rainbow-colored deity forms and reflections of the moon in water. As the previous path becomes familiar and stable, the wind-mind arises as an illusory deity form. At any appropriate time, visualize the Hūṃ syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) radiating from the Hūṃ syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) in the heart, pervading the sky, thereby dissolving the grasping of external objects and internal experiences, and the illusory wisdom arises as the mudra of the deity. Focus your mind on this. Thirdly, the essence of the path is clear light: During the day, do not follow after whatever thoughts arise, but rest in the state of primordial clear light. If it is related to the generation stage, then at the end of each session, purify the deity form into clear light, and repeatedly practice the samadhi of arising as the unified body. At night, sit upright in a cross-legged posture. Visualize yourself as Heruka, and in the center of the five luminous aggregates in the heart, there is a four-petaled lotus. At the center of the lotus is the Hūṃ syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), and on the petals are arranged bright blue Anuttara (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). Focus your mind on each of these in sequence. Then, gradually dissolve them into the Hūṃ syllable Dissolve the Hūṃ syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) into the unfathomable space, and rest in the unaltered state of reality, so that the clear light of sleep will arise. Fourthly, dreams as the measure of the path: The initial practice is to recognize all appearances, sounds, and thoughts during the day as dreams, and generate certainty. Before going to sleep, visualize a red four-petaled lotus at the throat, with the Hūṃ syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) at the center, and red Anuttara (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) on the four petals. Focus your mind on these, and connect with the intention, "I am dreaming a dream." Then, gradually gather them into the Hūṃ syllable Visualize the Hūṃ syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) transforming into a red bindu, which is the nature of bliss, clarity, and light, and focus your mind on this.

By falling asleep in a state of stability and non-distraction, one will recognize dreams as dreams in the dream state. Once accustomed to this, one should train in increasing, developing, and transforming, etc. Fifth, transferring obstacles on the path: Visualize yourself clearly as Heruka, and from the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) at your heart, emanate many Hūṃs (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), blocking the nine sense doors and even the pores of your skin with Hūṃs (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). In the center of your body, the central channel should be straight, with its upper end piercing straight into the Brahma aperture, and its lower end, four fingers below the navel, should be in the form of a hollow sac. Within this, focus your mind on the essence of inseparable wind and mind, the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) radiating five-colored light, binding mind and wind together. Once this is accomplished, visualize in the space in front of you a great charnel ground with a mountain of fire blazing in the center of a vast and boundless field. Your lama Heruka and his retinue are vividly present. With a strong desire to transfer yourself into the heart of the lama, exhale and forcefully utter "Hik" (藏文:ཧིཀ,梵文天城体:हिक्,梵文罗马拟音:hik,汉语字面意思:Hik). Visualize that the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) at your heart, like a flash of lightning, enters through the union of the blood-drinking father and mother and is transferred into the lama's heart. As you inhale, utter "Ka" (藏文:ཀ,梵文天城体:क,梵文罗马拟音:ka,汉语字面意思:Ka) and draw it downwards. At the end of the session, leave the field in front of you, along with its supports and what it supports, unperceived. Visualize that the Brahma aperture is blocked by various vajras, and then recite the vajra recitation as much as you can. When applying this to action, rest in equanimity in a state where the lama's mind and your own mind are indistinguishable. Sixth, connecting the path with the bardo: From now on, know that all appearances are the state of existence in the bardo. In particular, whenever gross thoughts such as attachment, hatred, joy, or sorrow arise, seize them with mindfulness and mix them with the bardo. By learning to connect everything by mixing it into the nature of the body, speech, and mind of Heruka, you will maintain mindfulness even in the bardo, thereby continuing the progress of the path and ultimately achieving liberation. When these paths are applied to daily yoga, during the meditative state, primarily emphasize the generation stage and tummo. During the session break, meditate on clear light. During all the session breaks, train in illusion-like practice and develop dream and bardo practice. When sleeping, clearly fix on either the clear light or the dream object. When appropriate, or at the end of each session, do not forget to do some transference visualization. In all circumstances, appearances,
