Authentic Accomplishment, the only one who realizes the root continuum, Yogi, complete the ripening and liberation of the three kayas of the path, the result is Dakini Illusion, Supreme Bliss of Bliss. Here, the intention of the great teacher Humkara, from the Great Glorious Authentic Profound Essence bestowed as oral transmission by Guru Padmasambhava, there are three ways to condense the daily yoga into the essence and practice it: preliminaries, main practice, and conclusion. The first has three: refuge, bodhicitta, and accumulation of merit. First, if you have the support of the samaya, gather a complete and perfect Heruka skull image, and in the sky in front, visualize the great glorious master, inseparable from the three roots, a cloud of vast Buddhas, abiding as if present. In front of them, I and other beings, all sentient beings, take refuge with the single entry of the three doors, and make the aspiration: Ah! From unborn wisdom, the mudra of unceasing appearance, the Great Glorious Authentic Heruka, I take refuge by recognizing my own face. Recite three times. The second is the generation of bodhicitta. Remembering the meaning of aspiration and entry, Hum! Those who have not realized the Dharmadhatu, with great compassion for sentient beings, with the yoga of the profound two stages, I generate the supreme mind to liberate the three realms.
