The Flower Garland Empowerment for Initiating Disciples into the Deity: The disciple throws a blue flower onto the mandala, saying: For the sake of attaining the accomplishment of the Buddhas, please consider me with compassion. Glorious Vajradhara of Speech, by meditating on the indestructible Vajra Speech, may the Vajra Speech holder grant blessings to remain in this place!
