我忆念自己心中的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），念诵三次咒语，观想其猛烈地向左旋转。从旋转中，光芒缠绕在咒索上，从而激发了供养食子的本尊众的誓言。首先，父尊母尊的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）和舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）发出蓝色和红色的光芒。然后，从所有眷属和一切的种子字中，五种颜色的光芒向十方放射，供养圣众。又一次放射，触及外器世间，化为宫殿。又一次放射，触及内情众生，净化身语意的疾病、伤害、罪恶和障碍，观想他们都变成马头明王父尊母尊的身相。观想也如自己所念诵的那样，念诵“库的日日”。反复这样做。即使是酥油，也在六时放置的时间里，自己观想为本尊，如前一样放射三次光芒，观想六道众生都变成本尊，念诵“库的日日”。那些光芒和加持收摄回来，融入四本尊。观想四本尊也融入父尊母尊心间的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）和舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）。寂静的事业如同旭日东升的法螺，本尊自身身色白色，所有的装饰和服饰也观想为白色。额头是嗡（藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），喉咙是阿（藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿），心间是吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。从心间的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）放射出白色的光芒，迎请本尊众也以白色的服饰和装扮，然后融入自己。灌顶，戴上头饰。从自己心间的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）放射出白色的光芒，向十方放射，触及外器世间，化为净土。再次放射，触及内情众生，净化身语意的罪恶和障碍，如自己所观想的那样，都变成身色白色的寂静本尊众。观想一切都念诵寂静的咒语，行持寂静的事业。在那状态中，在根本咒语的末尾加上“息灾，息灾，咕噜，梭哈（藏文：ཞི་བ་ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：शान्तिं कुरु स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：śāntiṃ kuru svāhā，汉语字面意思：息灾 咕噜 梭哈）”。咒语也以白色圆形旋转。如果想要平息疾病和邪魔，就念诵“嗡 舍 哈哈”等全部。然后，一切疾病、伤害、违缘、障碍、罪恶和障碍都息灭，息灾，息灾，咕噜，梭哈（藏文：ཞི་བ་ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：शान्तिं कुरु स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：śāntiṃ kuru svāhā，汉语字面意思：息灾 咕噜 梭哈）。如果想要增长寿命和福德，就与旭日高照之时相结合，自己的身色黄色。

Remember the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) in your heart, and visualize it spinning fiercely to the left three times with the mantra. From the spinning, light rays entwine around the mantra cord, thus stimulating the vows of the deity assembly of the Torma offering. First, from the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) and Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrīḥ) of the father and mother, two rays of blue and red light emanate. Then, from the seed syllables of all the retinue and everything, light rays of the five colors radiate in the ten directions, offering to the noble ones. Again, one ray radiates, striking the outer container world, transforming it into a palace. Again, one ray radiates, striking all sentient beings of the inner content, purifying the illnesses, harms, sins, and obscurations of body, speech, and mind, and visualize them all becoming the form of Hayagriva, father and mother. Visualize also reciting "Kuti Riri" as you have recited it yourself. Do this repeatedly. Even with butter, at the time it has been placed for six periods, visualize yourself as the deity, and radiate light rays three times as before. Visualize all sentient beings of the six realms becoming deities, and recite "Kuti Riri." Those light rays and blessings gather back and dissolve into the four deities. Visualize the four deities also dissolving into the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) and Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrīḥ) in the hearts of the father and mother. For peaceful activities, like a conch shell in the rising sun, generate the deity himself with a white body color, and all ornaments and attire also visualized as white. On the forehead is Oṃ (藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ), at the throat is Ā (藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：Ā), at the heart is Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ). From the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) in the heart, white light rays emanate, and invite the deity assembly also with white attire and ornaments, then dissolve them into yourself. Bestow empowerment, crown the head. From the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) in your heart, a white light ray radiates in the ten directions, striking the outer container, transforming it into a pure land. Again, it radiates, striking the sentient beings of the inner content, purifying the sins and obscurations of body, speech, and mind, and transforming them into a peaceful deity assembly with white body color, just as you have visualized. Visualize everyone reciting the peaceful mantra and performing peaceful activities. In that state, at the end of the root mantra, add "Śāntiṃ Kuru Svāhā (藏文：ཞི་བ་ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：शान्तिं कुरु स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：śāntiṃ kuru svāhā，汉语字面意思：Peaceful, do it, Svāhā)". The mantra also spins in a white circle. If you want to pacify illnesses and evil spirits, recite all of "Oṃ Hrīḥ Ha Ha" etc. Then, may all illnesses, harms, adverse conditions, obstacles, sins, and obscurations be pacified, Śāntiṃ Kuru Svāhā (藏文：ཞི་བ་ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：शान्तिं कुरु स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：śāntiṃ kuru svāhā，汉语字面意思：Peaceful, do it, Svāhā). If you want to increase life and merit, combine it with the time when the sun is high, and your own body color is yellow.
