Adorned with human bone, snake bone, and charnel ground ornaments, and consecrated, may it generate the unparalleled glory of greatness and power in the three realms! Handing over the practice phurba, Hūṃ! This is the majestic phurba of the wisdom Hayagriva wrathful one. Since it is the support of the body of Padmasambhava, the Great Empowerment, it subdues the wicked with wrathful majesty. Merely holding it gathers the three realms under control. Merely planting it reduces the three existences to dust. A fortunate son of the lineage should hold it. May Padmasambhava, the Great Empowerment King, bestow blessings. Namo Buddhāya (Sanskrit: नमो बुद्धाय, IAST: Namo Buddhāya, Meaning: Homage to the Buddha). Kīlī Kīlāya (Sanskrit: कीली कीलाय, IAST: Kīlī Kīlāya, Meaning: Peg, Peg). Thus it is said. Placing the glorious torma on the crown of the head, Hūṃ! This wondrous and glorious great torma, for fulfilling the intentions of the great empowerment wrathful assembly, and for offering to the dakinis, Dharma protectors, and oath-bound ones, by empowering with the wondrous offering torma, may the oath-bound ones gather and may their power and abilities increase! Mahā Balinta Hūṃ Khāhi. 祈请赐予地界加持灌顶，助成殊胜共同之成就。如是说并交付于手。吉祥语如何适宜而作。因此，此乃出自上部伏藏之大密藏中之马头明王善逝总集之成熟解脱法，故而结合等等而受持誓言。酬谢曼扎与通常相同，故作灌顶之后续仪轨。会供享用，布施残食，直至吉祥语之间，皆如坛城后行仪轨之修行次第而行。一尊本尊修，唯一真言持，诵修善逝总集此，入之善缘具足故，众生不费力解脱。现今马氏典籍中此灌顶传承已断绝，故而努力寻觅后迎请安住于伏藏库中，然伏藏正文实修困难，故而使之明晰者乃莲花自在智慧无边，于语自在之宫殿附近之擦扎仁钦扎所作，善妙增盛！ 马头明王善逝合一之坛城中灌顶之仪轨，大灌顶心之精华。智慧无边。
