Having clarified all the essences into the three yogas, visualize the sound of the Urting mantra resounding like thunder, and recite the six-syllable mantra, the best being one hundred million times, the intermediate being one million times, and the least being one hundred thousand times. Offer whatever offerings are available for the four sessions, make strong prayers, and offer praises with musical melodies. Bestow blessings and perform the Vajra dance repeatedly. If obstacles arise, perform the horse dance to increase the sharpness of awareness. At the end of the session, dissolve the deities generated in front into the pills, and recite auspicious prayers. Occasionally, offer three portions of torma, speak the truth to gods and non-gods, and make offerings to local deities and landowners. Until accomplishment is achieved, do not show the mandala to others, avoid impurity and uncleanliness, wear clean clothes, diligently bathe, abstain from indulgent foods, and do not eat onions, garlic, etc. The teachers and disciples who possess vows and commitments should have faith in the words of the Victorious Ones, establish the Sutras and Tantras as witnesses, generate definite understanding towards the Three Jewels, generate unparalleled faith in the Holy Dharma, and maintain a firm commitment of faith, especially, place unwavering faith in the Noble Avalokiteshvara without any hidden agendas. Relying on what is said in the texts, without cutting, partiality, or self-serving attachments, if one can accomplish the benefit of all sentient beings, mothers and fathers, then the pills will increase, swell, fly, and sounds such as lion's roar and Ur sounds will occur. Rainbows will appear in the sky, rains of flowers will fall, the natural sound of the six-syllable mantra will resound in the sky, and light will appear above the mandala, and many extraordinary signs will occur. The water in the vase will boil, foam will appear, steam will rise, all offerings will become radiant, incense and lamps will burn for a long time, the offering water will not freeze, and the dwelling will be blessed with warmth and noise. The teachers and disciples will spontaneously generate the wisdom of bliss, clarity, and non-thought due to the experience. These are the signs of blessings entering without obstacles. Such a substance of commitment, the pill, will liberate any being who ingests it from the suffering of the lower realms. If one consumes it as nourishment for years, months, days, and weeks, one's life will temporarily be equal to the sun and moon, the body will become radiant, white hair and wrinkles will decrease, courage and speed will increase, heat and cold will be balanced, and demons and
